Rand Paul: Syrian Chemical Attack A False Flag
Either that or Assad is ‘dumbest dictator on the planet,’ he says

The chemical attack allegedly perpetrated by the Syrian government is most likely a false flag, according to Senator Rand Paul (R-KY).

When asked by CNN’s Wolf Blitzer if stalling Russian sanctions was the right move for Trump, Paul directed the topic to whether or not the chemical attack in Syria was even genuine.

“I think before you talk about sanctions, we oughta talk about what evidence is there that Russia was complicit in this attack,” Paul said on Monday.

“In fact, for that matter, I still look at the attack and say Assad either must be the dumbest dictator on the planet or maybe he didn’t do it. I have yet to see evidence that he did do it. The intelligence agencies claim they have that evidence. But think about it: does it make any sense?”

“He’s been winning the war for the last couple of years,” he continued. “The only thing that would galvanize the world to attack Assad directly is a chemical attack. It killed relatively few people compared to what can be killed with traditional bombs, traditional machine guns, traditional tanks. And so you wonder, what logic would there be for Assad to be using chemical weapons?

“So before we get to the Russians, we have to first determine that Syria was implicated, and then we outta determine what the connection is between Russia and Syria on this attack.”

I don’t know if Assad was responsible. If those agencies are wrong about this, the US swamp would not be the only cause. Maybe they based their conclusion on unreliable evidence. What is the evidence?

I, for one, would welcome annexation by you and your reasonable income tax rate. You could assume our name and then Jack Daniels could be brought into the fold of the bourbons where it belongs.

[[Did he ask himself why Syria didn’t allow others into the area if it was a false flag?]]

Exactly- Syria should have welcomed investigators IF they were innocent in order to clear their name- Yet they barred them-

Assad is not winning anything. He did gas what he calls “rebels” because he would lose more if tried to use his military... gas is the quickest way to cause the “enemy” to retreat and they did....Assad considers this “mission accomplished”..... He had plenty of time to empty the missal targets before boom...Yes, he still has chemical weapons and he’d kill you with them if he could. Get real and do some unbiased research on your own and don’t get sucked in by trolls.

“No offense but you’re in Kali

Tough spot to throw stones at Kentucky from”

Yeah, I know, but the fact of he matter, at the moment, we’re living with RATs here, and those of us who were with Reagan, can’t make a dent in the politics here at the moment. OTOH, Kentucky is electing $hit GOPE Republicans! They do have the ability to give the country decent conservatives, but they instead are using “KY” Jelly on the rest of us to ease the pain they are causing.

Paul also was caught saying that BS about McCain meeting up with terrorists, though some people would still say that is true, show me one story in any language, Iranian, Russian, English, that pushes that lie. Rand isn’t to be believed. I’m sure he means well. The whole story here, is fake news because Paul never uses the story fake news. WisconsinRep is pushing Russian propaganda here. OANN is to be laughed off too, just the way they picked Roy Moore to win his election on election night.

Did he ask himself why Syria didn’t allow others into the area if it was a false flag?

Huh, it's actually more flagrant than I expected. Assad invited OPCW in, and the OPCW arrived in Damascus on April 14th.

The 105 missile strike took place the previous evening. The people who ordered the missile strikes were not interested in the results of the OPCW investigation

Proofs: OPCW website

Today, the OPCW Technical Secretariat has requested the Syrian Arab Republic to make the necessary arrangements for such a deployment. This has coincided with a request from the Syrian Arab Republic and the Russian Federation to investigate the allegations of chemical weapons use in Douma. The team is preparing to deploy to Syria shortly.

And from the OPCW twitter feed, announcing their arrival in Damascus.

Assad invited the OPCW in, and the West struck before the OPCW could investigate.

Ok FReepers, which side looks guilty?

The fact that there are still such weapons in Syria makes Russia complicit......

Which particular chemical weapons are we discussing?

Smouldering wood, used for gassing people in basements?

Chlorine - used in bulk for water treatment across the middle east?

Or nerve-agents, such as those used at Ghouta? Which were created by local fanatics using precursors smuggled in from Turkey.

I'm not seeing why the existence of these weapons would necessarily implicate the Russians.

Bob, please see post 72.

The OPCW have confirmed that they were invited in by Assad. They arrived in Damascus on April 14th.

The coalition struck on April 13th.

It looks like whomever told you (and other FReepers) that investigators were barred, was just lying to you.
