Gasperino is the goto guy for financial wisdom....... he say a lot but it is worthless. The man is just dumb, even on financial subjects.

Charles Paine is a self made finance guy. What he says is always on the money

“So if he strays off and starts sniffing a trail that could lead to indictments of the Clinton Foundation you want him to cease?”

He is never going to investigate the Clinton Foundation. With such low hanging fruit, it takes effort on his part to thread his way through to avoid all the evidence.

And his democrat investigators would have to investigate themselves since they are contributors to the Clinton Foundation.

Nap has completely flipped. He ignores every aspect of the coup and consistently claims that Mueller has something on Trump and Trump should be concerned.

Nap dismisses Congressional investigations as being political while claiming that Mueller is independent. Sadly, the judge has an air of sincerity as he touts Mueller's ability to drag Trump before a grand jury and nitpick him out of office.

When I see Nap or hear his voice on the radio... click, he's gone.

Napolitano’s insight is becoming more and more flawed everyday.

You’re right. He would never get confirmed. Too old, too familiar (like Bork, who wrote opinions so he WOULD get confirmed), too many sound bites to defend, no longer on the bench, etc....

How did I know the “judicial analyst” mentioned in the title was Napolitano without even clicking on it?

He needs to go home to his husband / partner and shut up.

>>Yes, he has a duty to complete this investigation, without straying off into the hinterlands, seeking out process crimes. Time for him to wrap it up.<<

Think about it. He has a blank check on scope, financing and unlimited subpoena powers, including overriding the up until now sacrosanct attorney-client privilege (next up to be ignored: doctor/patient? Marital?).

He has no specific deliverable and timeline and answers to no one.

A better job has never existed in the history of mankind. He is even better off than kings and emperors as he doesn’t even have to answer to subjects.

No way does he end this thing until funding is pulled.

He has NO ‘duty’ to begin. There is no CRIME to ‘investigate’.

It should be shuttered immediately.

Sure a simple yes or now would suffice. It’s not a matter of would he follow the thread, but if he found a thread and started down the trail of finding something in the Clinton Foundation, should he stop?

But that doesn’t answer the question. If for whatever reason he starts sniffing a trail that could lead to Clinton indictments, you want him to cease, right?

When has this guy ever been right about anything? Why would he suddenly start today? The entire ‘investigation’ is predicated on a complete fabrication and Mueller knows it.

-- Yes, he has a duty to complete this investigation into Hillary, the Clinton Foundation, and the Deep State corruption. --

Mueller is one of the last people I would want on those investigations.

“If for whatever reason he starts sniffing a trail that could lead to Clinton indictments, you want him to cease, right?”

It is hard to respond to such a stupid question.
