>>Sure a simple yes or now would suffice. It’s not a matter of would he follow the thread, but if he found a thread and started down the trail of finding something in the Clinton Foundation, should he stop?

The simple answer is Yes because we have protections from the law. If he finds a thread, he should report it but not go chasing it down a trail that is not part of his charter. This is a Special Prosecutor with a well-defined responsibility, not a cop who thinks he smells marijuana and uses it to violate a person’s rights.

Napolitano has made too many off the wall comments, notably on the Lew Rockwell website, to make him more toxic than Roy Moore in Alabama. My mixed breed dog stands a better chance of being nominated for the Supreme Court.

“My mixed breed dog stands a better chance of being nominated for the Supreme Court.”

What are your dog’s views?

Napolitano has swerved to the left of Mad Maxine Waters ever since he was suspended and taken to the wood shed by the FOX boys. He’s a hardcore Trump hater now. I can’t stand him.

“He has NO ‘duty’ to begin. There is no CRIME to ‘investigate’.

It should be shuttered immediately.”

And inevitably it all goes back to a beyond useless Sessions.

If Sessions was doing his job none of this nonsense would be happening. I think it was a big mistake to put him in the attorney General position. He has been part of the swamp for too long not to be corrupted by it. He has been a terrible AG up to this point.

Payne is terrific, Gasparino a total buffoon. Fox Business News would be smart to get rid of Gasparino...period, the man is useless, is never right, and quite annoying. Cavuto & Napolitano, both butt heads like Gasparino!!!

Get this.....

Born: Nov 15, 1960 (age 57) · USA
Net worth: $10 million USD (2018)
Spouse: Yvonne Payne
Children: Charles Payne (Son)
Education: Central Texas College · Minot State University

Whereas Gasperino has no such net worth credential and, rather than a player, is but a spectator that can write. His knowledge is superficial.

And until it's over, everyone gets sick to death of all of it, and/or complain that it didn't result in indictment/impeachment of President Trump? I'd estimate the timeline will be ending mid-November at the earliest. Thanks Andrew Napolitano.

Mueller has a duty to tell the truth, and when he has no evidence of Russian espionage, and when his 13 Russian Ham Sandwich indictment cannot be defended in court, as a patriotic American, Mueller should stand up and say “I am ending this investigation.”

Rather he is destroying innocent lives over bullshit process crimes, trying to make a case against Trump that isn’t there. This is a massive frame job, done at the behest of Hillary and the DNC, with the monkeys in the media throwing their feces through the bars of the cage, on command.

Now it has come to light they had FBI operatives in the Trump campaign, making false suggestions of Russian possession of Hillary emails so that idiots like Papadapoulos would repeat them and then give the FBI grounds for a FISA search. This is lying and scumbaggery at stratospheric levels. Mueller conducting this rat orchestra will destroy his own history, and the truth will be devastating to his memory. Say it ain’t so.

We don’t know his specific limitations. But I will agree, he should turn over what he finds but not investigate further if his mandate prohibits it.

I am out of the loop. I dont watch much Fox news anymore. Iwatch One America News. I only watch Laura, and I watch Hannity but I skip his bloated redundant monologue. I like Sara Carter and the others on his regular panel. Not Whoraldo.

“So if he strays off and starts sniffing a trail that could lead to indictments of the Clinton Foundation you want him to cease?”

If he had integrity and a sense of duty to country, Mueller would’ve long ago flagged the dems for a wide range of offenses, but his single-minded goal is taking down Trump. So, knowing that he’ll intentionally overlook anything leading to the Clinton Foundation, yes... he should cease.
