Mueller told Trump's legal team he will not indict the president, Giuliani tells Fox News

President Trump's attorney, Rudy Giuliani, told Fox News Wednesday that special counsel Robert Mueller has told the president's legal team he will follow Justice Department guidance and not seek an indictment against Trump. Giuliani, himself a former federal prosecutor and mayor of New York City, also told Fox that Mueller's investigators have not responded to five information requests from the president's team. That has forced Trump's legal team to push off making a decision about whether the president will sit for an interview with the special counsel -- a decision they had hoped to reach by Thursday. The precedent that federal prosecutors cannot indict a sitting president is laid out in a 1999 Justice Department memo. Giuliani told Fox News that Mueller has no choice but to follow its guidance. "This case is essentially over," Giuliani said. "They're just in denial."

I love it! Trump the Crafty Criminal Mastermind.

Who is also an orange buffoon.

And watches the Gorilla Channel.

And is racist, sexist, vulgar and stupid and stuff.

And did I say a Mastermind?

Yeah.

That.

Mueller can't indict the president. It would be unconstitutional.

Mueller should have said this at the start of his investigation, a year ago, instead of only saying it now.

Can’t indict even if there was such a crime as collusion.

Indictment of Trump is not Mueller’s objective, grounds for impeachment is.

Let’s see if Mueller has the balz to indict Trump Junior.

Indict him for what? Talking to the Russian babe that Lynch gave an exception visa to for no stated reason. The Russian babe that met with Glenn Simpson of Fusion GPS just before and just after her meeting with Donald Jr.?

It was a rhetorical question. Be nice if it wasn’t.

Trump still should not grant that interview. There’s no point. It would only be used to damage him however they could.

Leaving ANY Obama holdovers was an inexplicable mistake that is costing this administration and the nation. Some of the hires have also been absolutely pathetic in their lack of loyalty, judgement and understanding the MAGA mandate.

“His goal isn’t to indict; it’s to dig up dirt to be used to support impeachment.”

Exactly right, but as lawless as our stasi state is, I wouldn’t put it past mueller to indict Trump just because...

“Leaving ANY Obama holdovers was an inexplicable mistake that is costing this administration and the nation.”

The problem is not just O’muslim holdovers, though. It’s bush and clinton holdovers, too. 98% of our administrative state would need to be gone. All those that voted for hillary...

If what Rudy says is true, then even more reason for Trump to fire Mueller and his den of vipers ASAP. And while he’s cleaning out the cupboard, Sessions and Rosenstein should get tossed too.

Then President Trump can preemptively pardon Michael Flynn.

This should have been done when Rosenstein first appointed mueller. It maybe too late now. Even though I would do it.

Mueller is going to submit a report to congress. A long laundry list of ‘crimes’ and ‘obstruction of justice’ whether he’s fired or is allowed to continue.

I think there’s two steps #1, Destroy; #2 Impeach.

All of this is first intended to smear him and tarnish his reputation, and to continue to make it seem that Trump is unworthy to be president, and ruin his approval numbers.

It isn’t working, of course.

The astonishing thing to note in all of this is just how much Pres. Trump has been able to accomplish despite all of the constant pressure against him. His numbers not ONLY stayed steady they’re now climbing. Better than Obama at this point.

so Reason # 1 FAILED.

Now what will they try for the next six months? That is, what can they do to get enough people to vote democrat so Pelosi takes back the management of the House?

If so, they can go to Reason # 2, Impeachment. That’s not going to happen in a GOP run House.

As Trump continues to shine, the democrat blue wave gets smaller, and if it shrinks to nothing, and an anti-Mueller Red Wave occurs, as I believe it will, than Impeachment itself fails.

So it’s all fail at this point. Impeachment isn’t about legal this or that, it’s all politics. And Mueller’s political game has FAILED.

“All over???”

NO WAY!”

Mueller wants to find a crime, any crime to hang on POTUS.

And he wants to turn it over to the House of Representatives.

“then what possible reason would there be for Trump to agree to an interview with him?”

None.

Zip.

Nada.
