UNBELIEVABLE: Comey claimed to IG that he did not know that his deputy's wife had taken money from Clinton's former campaign manager until he read about the glaring conflict in the WSJ in Oct 2016, and that had he known, he would have taken McCabe off the Clinton email case

IG Horowitz concludes, ever so conveniently, that while there was bias & irregularities in Comey's FBI, there was no evidence Hillary investigators acted on their bias. In other words, no intent. Sound familiar? Just like Comey argued in exonerating Hillary: no evidence of intent
