In 1 week, Trump has tied himself into an impossible immigration knot (CNN hallucination)

(CNN) - President Donald Trump has taken almost every possible Republican position on immigration in the span of a week as he's tried to deal with the crisis he created of separating thousands of children from their parents at the border.

He's changed policies, made declarations, said his hands were tied, untied them to sign an executive order that may or may not accomplish anything, blamed Democrats, blamed his predecessors, demanded Congress act, tried to force Congress to act, refused to endorse a specific congressional bill, promised a sweeping immigration reform was possible and, most recently, said Congress should just give up for a while. The tangle of statements coming from the President's mouth, his Twitter feed, and secondhand reports of what he told Republicans during a trip to Capitol Hill are more confusing than his wife's decision to wear an "I really don't care. Do U?" jacket on a surprise trip to see detained kids at the border.

Trump has tied himself into an impossible immigration knot

It's one of those trick knots where you pull on the end and find you have a noose around your own neck.

No, CNN, he has stayed true to his base and is playing on the playing field that was key to his election victory. But please, don’t keep throwing briar rabbit into the briar patch.

All of these folks can Legally help these poor Illegal Alines themselves, we don’t need the Taxpayers:

https://www.uscis.gov/greencard/affidavit-support

A joint sponsor is someone who is willing to accept legal responsibility for supporting your family member with you. A joint sponsor must meet all the same requirements as you, except the joint sponsor does not need to be related to the immigrant. The joint sponsor (or the joint sponsor and his or her household) must reach the 125% income requirement alone. You cannot combine your income with that of a joint sponsor to meet the income requirement.

Here is the Official Form to Show you Care!!

I don’t necessarily agree it was right for Donald to suddenly reinstate a suspended rule that nobody was expecting to be treated that way. He walked into that “liberal” buzzsaw when he didn’t have to. A warning should have gone out a month in advance, whatever the transit time of Mexico normally is.

But, given that he did what he did, it appears orchestrated of God. God can use our mistakes as well as our cooperation to bring about our good. The Left has been forced to tell us passionately on record that the parent-child relationship is quintessentially good. Let’s make a note of it then remind them, the next time they go back on that.

Trump is 4 steps ahead of the Drive-byes and DemoRats. He knows the American Electorate, the majority of American voters are conservative.

That’s sure one way — foundations and charities can do it too can’t they?

Oh my, and just the other day this pathetic news outlet was talking about today’s atmosphere being similar to August 1974 and Nixon’s resignation. I wonder what’s added to the water coolers in their executive offices?

Trump is a wave. He creeps up on you by surprise. Before you know it, you’re head over heals upside down and under water.

For three years, the Left still hasn’t discovered which way is up.

CNN is operating under the impression Trump was forced to do something in reaction to the media’s onslaught of lies regarding children being separated from their parents.

So Trump granted them what they said their wish was. The only thing is, it wasn’t what the Left really wanted.

They got angry at Trump, and trashed efforts to get kids back with their parents.

CNN calls this a victory over Trump, and references him as being in a corner now.

Trump just outsmarts these people. By doing so, he takes the advantage, leaves them in the dust.

CNN won’t figure out what really happened for weeks, if then.

Love your analyses. You got it right on on this one. The media in the left are in panic mode. The mistakes they are making are many and fatal to them alone.

Trump’s enemies have tried everything to stop him and nothing is working. Now they see the Red Wave rolling toward November and they’re losing their minds. It’s going to get a lot worse...

“Let’s make a note of it then remind them, the next time they go back on that.”

You mean like abortion? Sorry you can’t remind a sociopathology which liberalism is of anything let alone the child patent relationship. The latter after all has been revised entirely to mean gay marital relationships with children. You can remind liberalism of nothing.

Spot on. Each new attack that fails to destroy President Trump only makes him stronger. His immune system is now more powerful than all their planted viruses, so their attacks will grow more desperate. When President Trump finally decides it’s time to strike, they will be powerless.

You can’t talk to an abstraction alright, but to cite that in the present instance is to twist language to support a strawman argument. I don’t remember when I ever told anything to “conservatism.” I have told things to people who were conservative.

CNN: Donald Trump has tied himself in knots trying to deal with immigration problems. But even worse, he is now trying to distract attention from this mess. How? Coming up next, a report on the Trump administration’s proposal to bring back slavery for the blacks as reported by Wolf Blitzer.”
