Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen probably shouldn't have gone to a Mexican restaurant while the government was splitting mostly Latino migrant children from their parents at the southern border. But in all fairness, Stephen Miller did it first.

Two days before Nielsen was publicly shamed for the family separation policy, President Trump's senior policy adviser similarly didn't think twice about eating at a Mexican restaurant, the New York Post reports. While protesters didn't flood the restaurant as they did with Nielsen, one customer did jump in.

"Hey look guys, whoever thought we'd be in a restaurant with a real-life fascist begging [for] money for new cages?” the customer said as Miller walked by, a witness told the Post. Miller didn't respond and stuck around to finish his meal.

You know what I like about all this? It’s making it crystal clear that the DC area is a cess pool of anti-conservative hatred. They hate us. They feed on us, but they hate us. And since they’ve made it public, we can be justified in openly hating them right back.

“Don’t go targeting Mexican cuisine. That’s just unkind.”

Not taking odds on that. I saw it coming in 2000. Wrote a novel on it that deservedly is forgotten.

Mexican restaurants serve Mexican cuisine. That’s no crime. No call for boycott. You target the individual restaurant that breached hospitality, not a cooking style. I happen to love Mexican food, but that’s beside the point.

Trump should issue standing orders for the Executive staff to eat out in DC restaurants as much as possible until the lefties realize this is costing them points in the midterm polls.

Fair-minded Americans do not accept these tactics, regardless of what party they belong to. Watch for someone like Kanye West to speak out.

Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen probably shouldn't have gone to a Mexican restaurant...

I disagree. She should have gone to whatever restaurant she pleased at any time, which is what she did. The disruptors should have been arrested for disturbing the peace, if not assault. The Left must be challenged and stopped. The hyperbolic accusation of Nazism is just to justify further excesses planned by the left.

This is fast becoming ‘if you don't see it my way, you will soon’...

Folks it is about time we start to boycott all of these places, find out who supplies them with their products and boycott them...I know Hannity will help and I know Rush will talk about the businesses that are doing this, so the word gets out, they will go down...

They have their opinions yes, but when you run a business or you work at one (your representing that business when your on their clock) then your opinion does NOT count, OURS DO...

Most every dish is made from basically the same few foods, just in different forms.

Mexican restaurants? Really. Come on, guys, eat American!

It's time to stop referring to them as meh'scin restaurants and start calling them what they are - UnAmerican restaurants.

Dont do business with UnAmerican restaurants or businesses.

They want half of the customer base to stay away? Let's make it so.

“Is your ‘reading comprehension’ slipping, or didn’t you notice the first four words in my post”

Your first four words were noted, and eclipsed by what came after, to wit: “ but, I think we should boycott the hell out of every Mexican restaurant in America”

I comprehended that just fine, and have objected to it.

And it’s not really Mexican food. Its American Mexican. A true Mexican taco is very bland. Soft corn shell, ground up meat and cilantro. Kings Taco in the LA area.

The “boycott” wasn’t about the *food*.

Try to comprehend...if Americans are going to get attacked for going into Mexican restaurants, the solution is, don’t go into Mexican restaurants, which, hopefully, will entice the owner/managers to step in and protect their customers, no matter who they are.

Not about the food, about the principle.

But, now we’re back to the “lack of comprehension” thing again.

OK...I quit, you win...go buy yourself a treat. Good boy.

Then the innocent business needs to make that clear. LARGE and LOUD denunciations of the older restaurant or one can assume they agree. Collateral damage is too bad. It’s the fault of the leftists, quit implying the fault Is ours.

Not the enemy of my enemy is my enemy.

They hate us cause they worship the state. We want limits on the state cause we know it has an evil nature. Proven out many times historically. You cannot on one hand recognize humans have limitations and on the other hand grant them the power of a large state office. Those are diametrically or diabolically incoherent positions to take. We know they worship a false God.
