What’s really completely batshit insane is that Schumer & Co. have apparently settled on talking points to demand Merrick Garland be appointed.

I don’t know what the hell they expect to accomplish with such a ludicrous demand which will only further decrease any arguments they make against the eventual nominee, but they’re making it anyway.

Rush just pointed out that RBG (who would fail the apnea test if given today) had gambled differently obozo might have had another SCOTUS pick to last for decades.

The left can scream, moan and tantrum all they want. President Trump’s pick WILL be on the court as will RBG’s replacement).

The rest is just drama for social media.

The left wants control. Their goal is to transform this country into a Godless hellhole, in which Christian principles are absent and Whitey is subservient, and poor.

We know what the Left wants, now we’ll hear what the Right thinks about these 3 and the eventual nominee. After watching this process for decades, I don’t worry about it anymore.

You can nominate anyone and end up disappointed or pleasantly surprised later. Any claims about the eventual nominee after the process used to move them this far up the list are speculation. Also, there is a list of requirements for these positions that goes far beyond judicial philosophy. As far as bad surprises, Justices tend to change (whey they change) after taking their appointments. The hearings don’t tell us anything either, that’s all just political theater for the congress critters, the nominees might as well be potted plants.

The only thing you can depend on is the high probability that any Trump nominee confirmed will be easily superior to any Hillary nominee.

To cast their votes before given the choice is as prejudiced and ignorant as demanding that a judge decide a case that has not been presented.

“Trump’s nominee is HORRIBLE!”
“He hasn’t nominated anyone yet.”
“Doesn’t mater. The nominee is still horrible!”
