It is not uncommon here for waiters, waitresses and bartenders to hold more than one job especially with hours cut to 20 hours/week or less.
Instead, many are using "student loans" as an income stream for living expenses.

Doing multiple jobs is a time honored American tradition to improve your family’s circumstances. Years ago I took a VERY early part-time (3-4 hours) morning job handling packages for UPS before I left for my full-time job, That allowed me to make max retirement contributions and build up funds for my family.
And then there are the bums, maybe 16 to 30, who just won’t work but to victimize the rest of us.
I do not put much credence in graphs that do not show the ZERO level.
