This was easy: Create a problem (free). Promote the problem and propose a government solution. The get the government to pay for it.

More like BS....plenty of that to go around. Brown lives in Sacramento in the old governor’s mansion his father lived in. In Jerry Brown’s 2nd turn at playing governor, before he moved to the present mansion, he had a loft apartment around the corner from the old governor’s mansion which was above an old Chevy dealership at 16th and J Street where I worked in the ‘60’s...
In his first turn at bat as governor of CA he supposedly had a one room apartment and slept on the floor. Don’t know how true that was. I remember he supposedly drove an old Dodge car.
He did live in the Bay Area when he was mayor of Oakland. I’ll never forget at that time he said he had lots of security in Oakland because there was lots of crime there.
Id rather work in the zoo.
