It sounds like silly elementary school banter, but it’s real. San Francisco is about to launch the Poop Patrol.
In about a month, a team of five Public Works staffers will begin patrolling the alleys around Polk Street and other hot spots in a vehicle equipped with a steam cleaner.

Well most of that population is stalled in the anal phase of development (somewhere around age 6?) and are quite stimulated by the poop chute “approach”. Fixated in fact. So, “working” with poop is something they have great experience with, including fecal disease transmission (ARC, HIV, Hepatitus). This is very re-assuring... NOT.
typical NEVER address the SOURCE of the shite. But make sure the dog owners have pooper bags.. oh yeah that’s the ticket. Animale.
The city will pay people $100,000/year with full pension at 50 years old to clean up poop with $1000 poop shovels.
They should start at Jerry Brown’s house and then go to the house of every CA Assemblyman and CA Senator. Lots of poop to be found there, IMO.
Couldn’t they just offer $5 for each turd turned into the city?

I’m trying to remember, somewhere in the past NYC or SF once installed self cleaning toilets on the streets. It worked so well the city decided to remove them.

The unsanitary situation in San Francisco is just a physical manifestation of liberalism. It’s such a damaged and damaging ideology that it literally leads to human excrement scattered all about the environment, along with a host of other sociological ailments.
The situation is out of control. Why not have those porta-potties like construction site do?

Five HUNDRED just might be sufficient.
It’ll take the five an hour to prepare the EIS paperwork and bureaucratic forms to begin removing the poop, an hour to don their hazmat suits, an hour to cordone off the area and set up barricades, then an hour to take their suits off for lunch. After an hour lunch break, another hour to don the suits again, an hour to warm up them steam cleaner, five minutes to clean the poop, and hour to properly dispose of it in a dedicated hazmat vehicle, an hour to take down the barricades and notices, an hour to decontaminate the suits, an hour to doff the suits. What do you know? It’s quitting time. What a productive day on the Streets of San Francisco.
