I hope the FBI sends experienced agents to interview Dr. Fudd about her what appear to be continually changing stories. They need to ask her to identify the what, the when, the where, etc. They also need to ask her each of the statements she made under oath in the Senate.

This might not be much different. Depends on how McConnell handles this.

But each new FBI witness-interview addition to BK's background check file will lead to demands for additional Senate hearings for follow-up interviews of the new "witnesses." Could go on for months.

All they have to do is drag this out until January 1, 2020 to invoke the Biden Rule on SC nominations during presidential election years. Given the Congressional schedule, 15 months is not all that much to drag out.

The investigation will last a week. FBI will take six weeks to release the report.

The FBI has investigated Judge K 6 times. What hasn’t been investigated are the accusers and associates. One place I would start is with the scrubbed social media and emails. Get all the accusers on lying to the FBI because they will. There is a reason why Ford only referred to hate mail and would not talk to the FBI about the allegation.
