Here is AZ we are going to be making a change and retiring Flaky. What an embarrassment. Unfortunately we have McSally (probably a McCain style Repub "promise and then change when arriving in the District") but her opponent (Bi-Sex RAT House Rep Sin-ama) is a true red commie. So once again I am stuck voting for the lesser of two evils, or sitting it out.

Yes Ms. Collins, I want Ms Swetnick investigated for her comments.

Your hearings cannot morally or legally be taken as a prosecution of Mr Kavanaugh, with Ms Ford as the chief witness. If that were the case, then the legal process, as in any court, is that it is up to the prosecutor, not the defendent, to PROVE their case.

But since YOU and the Senate are not a court of law, then you cannot be treating Mr Kavanaugh as a “defendent” nor can you treat a claimant with unsubstantiated claims as the “aggrieved party”. The Senate MUST politically be NEUTRAL and that REQUIRES any accusers to be investigated as equally as those they make accusations against. So, yes Ms Swetnick and Ms Ford should be investigated to determine the veractity of any claims they have made.

THEN YOU must pay attention when the FBI says neither Ms Ford nor Ms Swetnick have evidence the FBI would take into a court backing their claims. But would you? I don’t it.

You are not seeking the truth. You are partisan and biased in what you seek, making yourself a complete part with the Dims caucus.
