Injunctions are tough to get. Would have to make a showing that your side would prevail on the merits at trial. Tough to do when all the facts aren’t adduced

True. He’s great on the tweets. But this is the same Donald Trump that hired Jeff Sessions as AG and left him in that job for almost two years. Not good. I hope we see a shakeup at DoJ and more action instead of just tweets.
