MSNBC beat out Fox News last week in key ratings for first time in 17 years, topping its competitor in total viewers for the first time since 2000, according to a news release from MSNBC.
MSNBC averaged 1,558,000 total viewers during the "sales day" (6 a.m. to 2 a.m.) between Dec. 17-21, making it the top cable news network in the key 25-54 age demographic.
Fox News averaged 1,541,000 total viewers while CNN averaged 975,000.
In prime time (8 p.m. to 11 p.m.), MSNBC continued to lead Fox News and CNN in total viewers and among that key age group for the fourth week in a row.

At the risk of me missing the sarcasm I'm going to break the news to you that what was said is entirely true. FOX has taken a hard left turn in their reporting of this administration. Shep Smith, Chris Wallace and Judge Nap have gone full blown commie. It's appalling to watch this death spiral of a once great fair minded news org. The only reason to even watch FOX is for Catherine Herridge reporting as far as I can tell. Yeah Hannity and Tuck are cool, but that's not news - it's punditry and commentary.
Shep Smith, Juan Williams are unwatchable. I have to change the channel or mute them.
I used to enjoy watching the Five. That was when they had 4 republicans and one raging liberal. Now they are lucky to have one to two real republicans and the rest are libtards or fake RINOs.
Good points about the Five. None seem to be traditional pro-life, pro-traditional marriage conservatives. Gutfeld, although a gifted comic, is an atheist and uses crude humor.

You summed it up nicely. My elderly folks are die-hard FOX fans, but since the mid-terms, I’ve noticed the TV is on the Outdoor Channel more often than not - or if FOX is on, the sound is off.
As for me, I cannot watch FOX any more. Hannity has some great guests, but his machine-gun-rapid-fire delivery of background info that eats into their time & often interrupts them has gotten to the point I can’t watch (even if Sean is the most loyal foot soldier out there on TV for Trump). Laura - got to have the Libs on after her monologue to stink up the place. Juan Williams, house idiot on The Five .... and it goes on and on. My life has been a lot more peaceful since the TV went off and I can pick/choose what I read or watch online.
Get rid of O’Reilly, put a flaming poofter on the prime time news slot, with a host of weak programming that leans left... and they wonder what happened
All 3 combined averaged 4 million viewers out of our population of 330 million. That is like 1% of the population. They are irrelevant at this point.

That’s part of it, in my opinion, but some love what he does. He even steps on guests who support his position.
FNC turning left is stupid beyond belief. Their audience is looking for a respite from leftism and will soon turn elsewhere to get it.
FOX is losing their conservative viewers. I haven’t had it on once in a month. Before that, I kept turning it of out of disgust. They showed more clips from CNN and MSNBC than of their own. Might as well have watched CNN and MSNBC.
