Hmmm, that was posted in Dec 2017, and it says it the wall could be completed in a year with their process. So the wall could have been done by now if it were not for the do nothing GOP congress at the time...
Kris told us, The Army Corp of Engineers said it was impossible to build the wall here. They looked at the incline that climbs 300 ft over the course of this half mile and they said it cant be built. We proved them wrong.
There are a lot of retired Seabees and just Seabee vets in America, who would love to prove the ACoE was wrong again.
NO !! The Cost was $6 MM for this section and it was done over the Memorial Day weekend. You may not know that Steve Bannon took over as Director and then the project took off.
In an interview he said: “his group asked local authorities what is the most dangerous part of the border with Mexico, and they were pointed to this precarious mountain strip, where the cartels and asylum seekers are coming in through a gap between two 21-mile strips of completed wall. The group hastily purchased the rights to the land and went at it Friday evening. We had to catch them by surprise, says Bannon, who predicts residents are gonna freak out when they see what was erected over the past two days”.

Cool beans. Thanks for the clarification.
In Addition to the efforts of this group:
Start publicizing the fund that paid for this construction......
Ask for VOLUNTEERS who have construction experience.
Give them base camps all along the border where they can set up their campers & RV’s.
Set up Military mess tents & feed everyone 24/7/365 for free. Have wives & girlfriends work the mess tents and pay them to do laundry. Bring in laundry semi trailers like TIDE does at disasters.
Wall will get built in less than a year.
Teddy Roosevelt put thru a 60 foot wide EASEMENT the entire length of the southern border YEARS AGO.
That is still in place.
