I don’t know a lot about the law but since the President was denied many rights-face his accuser, have representation (attorney) Republican Congress members not allowed to call witnesses....couldn’t they go to the Supreme Court. Just because he’s the president doesn’t mean he should lose his rights.

It really is quite shocking that the Dems are openly going forward with their naked power grab and destruction of the separation of powers. They must truly believe they will not pay a price for their treachery.
