What do you get when you cross Hollywood leftists and the chance to rip on their least favorite news channel, Fox News, for their #MeToo moment? This. You get this.
This terrifying visage is John Lithgow in a fat suit playing Roger Ailes in the new Fox News snuff film, Bombshell. It might be worth going just to see if you can spot the makeup lines on Lithgow's jowls. It's pretty good. The movie isn't out in theaters yet, but I know everything I need to know about it from this line uttered by a producer telling a new Fox staffer how to succeed at Fox News.
You have to adopt the identity of an Irish street cop. The world is a bad place, people are lazy morons, minorities are criminals, sex is sick but interesting. Ask yourself, "what would scare my grandmother or piss off my grandfather" and that's a Fox story.

Bombshell is going to be a bomb at the box-office.I can think of 3 reasons why it might not.
Only if they get naked, otherwise it’s gonna be as big as the new Charlie’s Angels.
all three of them topless, romping in an outdoor hottub, on a mountain top in aspen during a snowstorm couldn’t get me into the theater. Even if they invited me to join them. no beer, no clint, no boobs? Im out.
It will be a box office bust and win an oscar because the Academy votes for politics over performances and well-written scripts.
Last night Fox bailed from the Trump rally to interview Guy Benson and his views on what the Senate Horowitz Report hearing would be like. They never went back but took opportunities to play 30-second sound-bites from the rally.
By trying to become more “fair and balanced,” they are pissing off what is left of their conservative viewers and soon will be just another cable news channel bashing Trump and conservatives.

Today Fox News bailed out of the Horowitz Senate hearing to go to a New Jersey press announcement from a Jersey City Sikh Police Chief on a recap of what they knew about yesterday’s anti-Semitic shooting in a Jewish Grocery Store where three people were killed and a shootout took place with the two perpetrators commenced that resulted in a the man and woman terrorists died. Nothing was breaking, noting imperative that could not be covered later, but they spent a good fifteen minutes covering it, and playing scenes outside the grocery store that had been shot up yesterday. Say what? It was not as newsworthy as what was going on in the Senate and certainly not as historic, but they chose to interrupt historic coverage to cover a nothing burger. It was a deliberately bad news choice.
Max effort by the #MeToo crowd to crowd off Harvey Weinstein by focusing on Roger Ailes. Just imagine all of the LEFT stars who worked under Harvey and DON’T WANT IT TO COME BACK INTO THE NEWS!

OANN is fast replacing Fox as a Conservative news channel.
Many of the on air females are “babes”. There is NOTHING wrong with having “good looking” on air personalities.
It is TELE “VISION” after all.
Liz Wheeler is FANTASTIC! I fast forward through most of her guests. I want to hear what LIZ thinks. Also, I’d rather look at her than her guests.

Fox did it again this evening. On Fox News they were teasing that the House Committee on the Judiciary was going to be starting debate on the two articles of Impeachment at the top of the hour. So I was waiting patiently for them to cut away from talking heads to the debate. They didn’t, so I assumed that there was a delay. At 13 minutes after the hour, I got impatient and turned to C-Span House and discovered the debate had been going on for 13 minutes! What is going on with that???? Someone at Fox is making very bad coverage decisions.
Even for free, I don't recommend it. One of the most truly awful movies I ever saw. Not just because of the politics, I don't mind seeing a well made movie that might have some elements of Leftism in it, but this was truly awful. Bad acting, empty plot and about a half hour of the movie was dedicated to gratuitous Trump-bashing. Trump had nothing to do with story arc whatsoever but they had him featured nonetheless (mostly humiliating the feckless Meghan Kelly on Twitter).
