NY’s safe act, which also confiscated legal guns and severely restricted ammo rounds and gun additions was challenged in courts, upheld apparently, and I don’t think ever brought to the supreme court- so don’t hold your breath on it making it to SC- Hopefully it will- but i have my doubts-
