Let the investigators do their job. Then you can pontificate, rant, rave, analysis, deduce or whatever.
The mayor did that too when he called it murder, based on the video he saw, but said he wasn’t a lawyer and didn’t know all the laws or something to that effect.
He never should have said that and instead called the DA to make a statement, by doing that he encouraged violence by the mob. He waned to appease the mob, but only made it worse.
The kneeling may be called for in short duration, but once someone is down and cuffed (and other officers are there to assist) there’s no excuse for continuing to kneel.

There is video of the cop on the guy’s neck for 9 minutes, including 2 1/2 minutes PAST when the guy evacuated his bowels.
