Even people undergoing surgery don't crap themselves. In order for that to happen you have to be in really bad shape. And since the paramedics found him unresponsive (which I take to mean not even any eye reflex) and without a pulse, it's a pretty reasonable marker as to when he died.

Why are you so anxious to cover for armed government agents who calmly, slowly killed an unarmed, prone civilian in handcuffs in front of witnesses, in public and on video, in broad daylight?

Charges are coming, can’t see how that won’t happen. They will probably make a deal, at least the three do-nothing cops. I am curious about the apparent history between the cop and guy he murdered. Appears they both worked part-time together. Adds a twist to things. Maybe some history there?

"It is highly unlikely that the officers INTENDED to kill Floyd in the act of subduing him. Intent plays crucially into any criminal charge."

Not the way you mean it. In this case it doesn't matter if they intended to kill him. The officer with a knee on his neck intended to put his knee on his neck. It wasn't an accident. The question is whether that act was legally justified.

no cop pulled his gun....no cop used a taser....he was not profiled...nobody got a single punch...or a single kick. They were answering a call to service while on duty, a civilian reporting a crime. Suspect was under the influence, cop used an allowed restraint with ONE knee..and you think they will be convicted of a murder??...really? Unless the autopsy shows crushing neck injuries and asphyxiation, never gonna happen. Any charges will be laughed out of court.

[I remember one movie critic saying that he could make any movie look great if you let him edit it to 30 seconds.]

That’s how they sell bad movies to the public! :p

They’re called “commercials” - LOL

Just kidding. I doubt they could do it with “Gigli”.

Back when Conan was funny, they used to make fun of “Gigli” all the time. I never saw it but I’ve avoided nearly all Jennifer Lopez movies and Ben Affleck as well (he was OK in “Sum of All Fears” even though they twisted the original plot).

Which by definition precludes the use of deadly force; the more so as he was laying down in the street, cuffed, with two other cops holding his legs down.

Pressure on the carotid can kill even without crushing injuries to the vertebrae or airway.

There was a 10-year martial arts expert right there telling the cop how dangerous neck-holds are; another first responder begged Mr. Kneecap to get off him and check the pulse (he stayed with his knee on the guy's neck 2 1/2 minutes by the video, after the guy soiled himself).

The paramedics were told (their notes) to show up to treat a guy "with a mouth injury". They showed up to the victim unresponsive (presumably no eye reflex) and without a pulse.

My God you are pig-fornicatingly stupid and dishonest.

The guy's bladder and bowels involuntarily evacuated. Even people unconscious in surgery don't do that. So that's probably when he died.

The knee was on the neck for what, 9 minutes by the clock.

There are 911 calls released showing he wasn’t swallowing bags of drugs.
Why are you so gleeful to make excuses for armed government agents slowly killing a man in public on video in cold blood?

Incorrect dude

People are charged with manslaughter and negligent homicide every day With no intent

This is a fallacy promoted here there has to be intent for criminal charges

Bunk

Your Rottweiler kills a neighbor

You didn’t intend it but you’re gonna get charged

Here is the San Francisco cane corso case

Lovely woman killed by their two dogs ...Diane Whipple

One Of the two dog owners was actually convicted of second degree murder

This Mr. Kneecap cop has TEN prior excessive force complaints against him during his 19-year career; two were officer-involved shootings. One was a guy on a rampage with a knife, the other was with an Indian (feather not dot).

The county attorney who declined to prosecute was one Amy Klobuchar, now US Senator from Minnesota and until a day or so ago, a hopeful for the VP slot under Biden.

It's not like there could be any hint of political pressure on this case to help save her bacon, is there?

The oriental cop facing the phone video takers, had a prior excessive force complaint (payout $25k) for kicking a handcuffed teenager in the mouth, knocking out teeth.

The two now-ex-policeman holding down the murdered guy's legs, were rookies in their probationary period.

That was a PC lynch mob because they were white; the woman was proven by DNA evidence to have lied through her teeth about the charges.

These police were filmed while they slowly killed a prone, handcuffed man in cold blood.

But I guess with your law-enforcement IQ of 360, you still can't detect a difference between the two.

What's really going on is a helpless civilian was slowly, coooly killed by three cops with another playing looking, in public, in front of numerous witnesses, on film.

Why are you so gleeful about the death of a civilian at the hands of armed government agents? Why are you so desperate to grasp at straw to make sure they don't even have to go through the process, let alone the punishment a civilian would face, if they were filmed doing the same thing?
