He is pretty raspy. He’s doing his best to save that voice, but I don’t know where he’s going to be voice wise by the end of the day.

Purely anecdotal, but this is how I sound when I'm coming down with a cold. Three more rallies today, then four each on the next two days in various states. Throat lozenges really help, Mr. President. And please rest well tonight!

Hopefully he has the best vocal recommendations to make it a few more days. He is clearly speaking at a conversational level right now to the small crowd, rather than his robust rally voice.
