Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp certified the state's presidential election results Friday in favor of President-elect Joe Biden -- but called for another audit of the votes.
Kemp told the Atlanta Journal-Constitution it was “completely unacceptable” that stashes of thousands of uncounted ballots were found in several counties during the manual hand recount after the initial results.
After the hand recount, President Trump gained 888 votes, shrinking Biden’s lead slightly to 12,670 votes.

Hand count or audit? Which is it? There’s a difference.
I hope the Guvner means “audit”.

Nothing. Brian Kemp is too spineless to do anything that will make a difference.

A recount is not likely to change anything without an audit. An audit is unlikely to change anything with mail-in ballots as noted above. In addition their were shredding services shredding documents yesterday so everything is simply tainted at this point.
Not sure, but I think if Trump now pays for an’audit’, he can examine every ballot in the counties selected, for instance Fulton and Gwinnett. I’m hoping/thinking that this will show what observers saw - printed ballots already marked.

I am going to opine here without pure knowledge of voting machines:
When I voted my ballot contained a bar code, when fed through the tally machine or created by the electronic vote station there should have been at minimum a date/time stamp barcoded on the ballot and preserved in a report.
An audit would allow a tally of votes that were cast prior to the polls closing on Election Day. Everything date/time stamped afterword would have been “voted” illegally since the vote is recorded when fed through the machine.
If true absentee ballots, they would have the same date time stamp imbedded when created prior to being mailed to the voter, this is why the signatures must be matched and the ballot properly identified prior to casting the vote through the machine.
All of the “Dump” ballots (since printed en masse) would have identical date/time stamps, serial no’s, and or markings. Only a hand audit of these ballots along with a comparison of reports can expose his fraud.
One would also see the “Lost” votes through the same reports. If votes dumped = votes lost the count would be the same but all of the ballot identifiers would blatantly be mismatched. Game, Set, Match!

Kemp says it’s unacceptable, but certifies anyway? It must’ve been a big chunk of money he got from Dominion.
If Gov. Gump did get money from Dominion, then he is required to report it, either on his personal taxes and\or his election files. Either way, there should be a fingerprint. The question is how do we get to it?

* 4. Dominion bailout (Penn)
* 5. The rush to “certification”
It’ll come out, in all this, just who colluded to steal elections and from what we’re seeing GA RINOs are waist deep in it.
Republican Kemp and the Republican Secretary of State were the ones that approved the Dominion contract.
We need to investigate what kickbacks and guarantees of fixed machine results Dominion made for those two “Republican” elected officials and are possibly being used to get those two to agree to the Biden theft.

If they don’t compare signatures on mail in ballots to the state’s driver’s license on file, they are not “auditing” anything.

I thought the signature was only on the outer envelop (not on the ballot itself). One the envelope is discarded, there is no verifying signatures. At least that is how I understand it. It’s that way to maintain anonymity on the ballot.

Both officials have suggested adding a voter ID requirement for mail-in ballots in the future.

Then I believe it would be President Pelosi, which is either the same curse or worse.
We know that Georgia is not a Swing State and with that one known fact, we know that it is not possible for Biden to win Georgia. That should be enough to go to court and argue that Georgia goes to Trump.
