GOP Senators Objecting to Georgia, Pennsylvania, Arizona Electoral Votes: Brooks
The Epoch Times ^ | JANUARY 05, 2021 | Jack Philips

Rep. Mo Brooks (R-Ala.) said several Republican senators are objecting to the electoral votes for Arizona, Pennsylvania, and Georgia during the Joint Session of Congress on Wednesday.

Brooks, in an announcement on Twitter, said he “need[s] more” senators to join GOP representatives in objecting to electoral votes in Michigan, Wisconsin, and Nevada.

Sen. Josh Hawley (R-Pa.), the first senator to announce a challenge, signed on to object to the electoral votes in Pennsylvania, Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) said he’s objecting to votes in Arizona, and Sen. Kelly Loeffler (R-Ga.) is objecting to votes in Georgia, according to the Alabama republican.

“LOTS of Congressmen object to AZ GA MI NV PA WI electoral college votes. In Senate, Hawley=PA Cruz=AZ Loeffler=GA, so battle engaged there. STILL NEED SENATORS FOR MI NV WI!” Brooks wrote on Twitter. “America—urge your senators to fight voter fraud & election theft!”

Brooks on Monday was seen signing written objections to all six states. Those states were flagged by President Donald Trump and his team for having rampant voter fraud, irregularities, or unconstitutional laws passed to relax mail-in ballots.

The challenge requires both a representative and a senator to carry out. Then, an hourslong debate ensues on a state’s electoral votes before a simple majority vote is held on whether to certify that states’ electoral votes. The House is controlled by Democrats while a number of GOP senators have said they don’t support the challenge.

Start with California. They run the most fraudulent electoral system of all. How else has the place become a permanent one-party leftist state?

What about Wisconsin and Michigan? Is this part of the fix being in? Our “allies” in the Senate not challenging all the fraud-tainted states?

Sadly, my “Conservative” senator, Toomey, sold out to the swamp long ago.

Need to toss KKKAlifornia into that list, too.
Their ballots did not meet the legislatively mandated formats.

I know of nothing in the law that prevents an individual senator from challenging more than one state. Hawley alone should be able to challenge all 50 plus DC if he wants.

Well, McConnell has suddenly flipped, so watch some of the Swamp Men Repubs to try to publicize the worst of election fraud.

A Result of losing the Georgia seats.

McConnell et al always wanted to use the election fraud issue - just after Trump was gone.

Now they have to do some election fraud kabuki for certification, since they won’t control the hearings from now on.

Looks like there is a chance Pence won’t show. Chuck Grassley put out an announcement that he would be presiding tomorrow because they don’t expect Pence to be there. Then 11 minutes later came out with he would fill in if Pence had to leave. WTF? Why am I wondering if Pence resigned?

No, they won't.

The left will allow many of these traitors to keep their seats to make it look like there is an "opposition" party.

They are bought and paid for and will do what they're told.

The President says he needs 11,000+ votes to flip Georgia where it should rightly be.

It would appear that Tom Fitton and Judicial Watch have found just under 10k of those votes.

From related threads...

The constitutionally express guarantee of a republican form of government for each state obligates lawmakers to at least hear complaints about vote-counting integrity imo.

"Article IV, Section 4: The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government [emphasis added], and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence."

And if lawmakers agree that there are problems then they can possibly ignore a state’s electoral votes like the Civil War Union States did with the Confederate States for the election of 1864.

"Because eleven Southern states had declared secession from the Union and formed the Confederate States of America, only twenty-five states participated in the election." — Presidential election of 1864.

I can’t speak on their behalf, but I don’t think that Trump supporting voters in the Democratic-controlled renegade states would have a problem if the electoral votes of the respective state were ignored, minimum electoral votes needed to win election appropriately adjusted.

You’re probably right, my friend.

But, Tomney has to wonder like the rest- if Ga pubs didn’t show up when the senate was on the line-— why would they show up for any of them?

He's retiring, no doubt, to a cushy consultantcy, lobbying or "private practice" job.

I don't know how many Republicans showed up, but it wouldn't have mattered anyhow.
