If the CRIMINALS in DC impeach PRESIDENT TRUMP after he’s left office (I really don’t know how THAT is supposed to work), I say we try to talk DON Jr. into taking a swing at it, at least he knows what kind of crap the enemy will pull.
What impeachment danger? Please explain how impeachment, “removal of office”, applies to someone not holding an office.

If he’s convicted the conviction can be appealed to the Supreme Court where it’s likely to be found unconstitutional for multiple reasons.
There is no legitimate impeachment danger. Congress does not have the constitutional authority to impeach a former President.
That's why the idea is being floated now.
Impeachment will fail, and Trump will remain head of the GOP.
Or impeachment will succeed, and Trump, barred from running again, will destroy the GOP.
Senators can choose their fates: Remain in a GOP run by Trump, or face the total destruction of their political futures.
Impeachment danger? A private citizen? Don’t think so.
