She’s not giving name, which means she’s protecting him.
If it had been a republican senator, she would have accused him immediately and had him arrested. So, by default, it was a democrat senator with whom she was working or was friendly to Hillary and those she supported.

She’s 45 now. It supposedly happened when she was in her 20’s so that is between 25 and 16 years ago, or 1996 and 2005. You have to figure it had to be a Dem, or she would have blown his cover. Joe Biden was in the Senate at that time.
