WATCH: Prosecution Appears to Fall Apart as Rittenhouse ‘Victim’ Admits He Pulled Gun First

Assistant District Attorney Thomas Binger appeared stunned after a key prosecution witness in the murder trial of Kyle Rittenhouse in Kenosha, Wisconsin, Gaige Grosskreutz, admitted that he was only shot after he pursued the fleeting teenager and drew his own weapon, a handgun, and pointed it at Rittenhouse.

Biden claimed, without evidence, that the 17-year-old Rittenhouse was a “white supremacist” — a claim that led immediately to threats of a defamation lawsuit from Rittenhouse’s attorney.

Rittenhouse faces several counts of murder, as well as a weapons charge and a curfew citation.

During cross-examination, defense attorney Corey Chirafisi noted that Grosskreutz had lied to police about being armed.

The Racine Journal Times summarized the exchange:

Chirafisi brings up statement Grosskreutz made to police on Aug. 26, saying at some point during Aug. 25 his Glock fell off his waist. Grosskreutz said he didn’t remember making that statement, but confirms it via written statement.

Chirafisi says “That’s a lie, no?” regarding the statement the gun fell. Grosskreutz says what he wrote was not a lie. “I told multiple officers that I dropped my firearm,” the statement reads, according to Chirafisi.

“You were chasing Mr. Rittenhouse with your gun, right?” Chirafisi asks. Grosskreutz says “I wasn’t chasing the defendant.”

“You omitted the fact (to police) that you ran up on him and had a Glock pistol in your hand?” Chirafisi asks, which Grosskreutz confirms, but notes that he just got out of surgery and “was on pain meds,” and the “traumatic experience I had just gone through.” Grosskreutz says that the omission was not “purposeful.”

Chirafisi then brings up that Grosskreutz had a “thoughtful process” to not share his occupation (out of concerns for safety) and make other statements accurately, but then he somehow didn’t mention having a gun.

Grosskreutz videoed his chase. How did the police get this video?

After watching this sham of a trial, I am reminded that the poser conservatives at Black Rifle Coffee threw Rittenhouse under the bus and said they didn't want his supporters' business.

I was just about to become one of their customers when they did that.

Now I’m going to wait until the 10th of Never to try their coffee.

His job is to show state evidence. No matter how absurd. The jury does decide. I am speculating that he is honest, just based on his aurguements. I hope the judge dismisses. (but that also also create a crazy social justice fire storm) it is a show trial.

If the jury convicts or aquits. I see rioting in the future, either way.

Kyle should go free.

- but this is like a full minute or two later. A face palm is generally an immediate action - and it isn’t held until the camera guy can get a good shot.

Yet, I do agree that it is damning to the prosecutor’s case.

It is 25 seconds later.

The usual and customary rioters have no dog in this race. A white guy shoots a white skinhead who was shouting the “N” word at some white guys, a loser white skateboarder and a stupid white Antifa @$$hole.

No riot.

Absolutely wrong. His job is to serve justice. He brings forth his case but must, if the evidence shows it, dismiss the case. We have become lost in the win lose aspect of prosecutors.

Prosecutors aren’t there to get convictions no matter what.

Ask Mike Nifong how “just presenting state’s evidence” worked out for him.

All I can say is wow. As a lawyer I’ve seen dozens of cross exams and that was by far one of the best. Short, sweet, direct questions with no wiggle room.

Actually, it looked to me a bit like he stumbled over his wording while asking the critical question. I don't think there's much doubt about the meaning, but I'd be curious to read the transcript.

I read today that mr biden said that Rittenhouse is a white supremacist.

He might want to walk that one back pretty quick, especially if he said it before he was inaugurated.

The Falsifiers, Bolsheviks, and Imbeciles are collaborating partners with ANTIFA.

Therefore, it is easy to remain confident Almighty God will soon use His Righteous Fury and Smite them all straight to Hell for their malicouous hatred and destruction of innocent people.

It’s definitely their Day of Reckoning on the horizon.

Thank you for your response.

Can the prosecuting attorney be punished for his behavior in this trial?

I don’t recall the circumstances but the speaker was our current president, Joe Biden. He said he wanted a “show trial” for then president George W. Bush. I was stunned and wondered if he knew where the term came from. But since then there have been a couple of “show trials.” The only difference is, in the real deal there was never any doubt about the outcome. I don’t think we are too far from trails where there is never any doubt about the outcome.

In watching the podcast Viva and Barnes, lawyer Robert Barnes went down a list of judges and who appointed them and said words to the effect, “With the Obama judges especially, you can predict the outcomes based on the politics.” The only departure from that is the GWB appointed judges and the Trump appointed judges who ruled against Trump on the election lawsuits.

Scary, scary stuff.

Thanks again.

Speaking of ‘scary’ did you notice how quickly Merrick Garland and assorted FBI/DOJ thugs jumped at the chance to label Virginia parents ‘domestic terrorist’?

Has the man in that photograph who is holding the handgun just been shot in his shoulder? It looks as if it is in the process of going ‘kerplooie’.

“Speaking of ‘scary’ did you notice how quickly Merrick Garland and assorted FBI/DOJ thugs jumped at the chance to label Virginia parents ‘domestic terrorist’?”

I did. This is the same tactic as labeling anyone they disagree with a “racist.” But, now they are in control so that tactic gets elevated to the next level. When you’re tasked with protecting from “terrorists” you can’t use any of your weapons against anything that isn’t a terrorist. The objective is to destroy the American culture and thus, America as the world hegemon. Therefore you have to come up with a way to use America’s weapons against “your” enemies. Hence parents are terrorists.

The average American is in the sights of our nation’s enemies. Like certain diseases where the disease uses the body’s defenses to destroy the body, liberals are an auto immune disease.

The theme song that the prosecution should be required to sing at the opening of every court session is "I've Been Workin' On The Railroad".
