The left keeps whining about "DEMOCRACY," i.e. popular vote on everything, with no checks from the states. Just what the Founders warned against, and why they formed a REPUBLIC with representative government. Democratic voting is only part of our system.

Yes, this is something like the 4th or 5th article ALREADY on a case that won’t come up for a month or so.Their protest squads need time to rest up from their last order of business (advocacy of baby-killing).

...A ruling for state legislatures in this case would be a sea change. It could cure most of the fraud of the 2020 presidential election... Which is why the Court of Supreme Whim just blatantly ignored what the Constitution says. The fix is still in.
