Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-KY, thinks that Republicans have a lukewarm chance of flipping the Senate in November, citing "candidate quality" as a factor.
The senator made the honest prediction at the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce luncheon on Thursday afternoon.
"I think there's probably a greater likelihood the House flips than the Senate," the minority leader anticipated. "Senate races are just different, they're statewide. Candidate quality has a lot to do with the outcome."

He’s only saying this because so many Trump-endorsed Senate candidates won.
Hint: Previously he said the Trump-endorsed wouldn’t win the primaries. But they did.
So now he’s an expert on the November election?
He’s just salty.
I imagine he’ll use such comments to withhold funding. Too bad that when they win, they will NOT vote for McConnell to be Senate leader, Minority OR Majority...

It’s time for Mitch to retire and move to China with his wife if she wants him when he’s not a senator

Cocaine Mitch is right.
The current and past crop of Republicans is the sorriest bunch of Benedict Arnolds we’ve ever had. You can’t count on a Republican to do anything “right”.

As usual when the candidate is not a Bush League Republican, the Bush Leaguers will assist in electing the Democrat.
They have been doing this for decades.
They’ll get Karl Rove on Fix News to convince people that they are lousy candidates.

This is just Mitch's backhanded way of expressing his butthurt over the success of the Trump endorsed candidates. He will now probably actively work to ensure that the Democrats have a senate majority in November simply so he can deny Trump any kind of victory.
We need to get these perpetual RINO losers out of the GOP once and for all.

McConnell’s disappointed all the Republican nominees are not owned by the U.S. Chamber of Corruption. That’s the bottom line with MoneyMan Mitch.
