top election official in Pennsylvania says the state will disregard the U.S. Supreme Court's guidance on counting mail-in ballots arriving in envelopes with typos or incorrect dates, saying that the state's Commonwealth Court has already established the practice as licit. Pennsylvania's election laws have historically required voters to include a signature and date on the outside of return envelopes when voting by mail.
However, acting Secretary of State Leigh Chapman announced that Pennsylvania election officials should continue counting ballots that arrive with improperly filled-out envelopes, in accordance with the Commonwealth Court's previous ruling on the matter.

You must have missed the news where SCOTUS ruled in 2020 that the states have no standing to sue another state when it’s materially in breach of the contract under which the states signed up to form a Union.

The rules are what the ruling class say they are. Simply ignore the Constitution.
I suppose the Executive Branch is responsible for enforcing the Supreme Court Ruling, but that isn’t likely to happen any time soon.

Well, they don’t adhere to the U. S. Constitution.
Why should they listen to the highest court in the land?
They don’t expect either to last another two decades, if
their hopes and dreams pan out.
Some government agency should be taking their names and
addresses now. In coming years they will be working in
the field for the enemies that may be on our shores.
Would love to see the court send U. S. Marshalls out there
to pick that person up, and hand them over for arraignment
to a federal court.
