The Luzerne County District Attorney's Office is investigating a report involving multiple ballots deposited in the counter-top drop box inside the election bureau, DA Sam Sanguedolce announced.
According to his release, election bureau employees noticed someone place four ballots in the box.
The ballots were segregated, and the bureau notified the DA's Office, it said.
"The matter is currently under investigation, and the Election Board will be asked to decide what, if any action should be taken with respect to the ballots," it said.
Sanguedolce noted the political party or parties of the voters listed on the ballots has not yet been identified...

That law enforcement is actually looking at it, and that the ballots have been segregated is HUGE!!

Sure this isn’t a joke..?? What is the problem of someone dropping ballots into a box?? Maybe it was for family members ...not everything is some kind of nefarious conspiracy. I dropped off my wife’s and I’s ballots into the mail many times when living in mail in ballot states. Am I now branded assome kind of suspicious left wing radical intent on subverting the voting process in America????
Grammar police may note that you meant to say, "my wife's and my ballots." On lighter note, dropping into the mail is a little less conspicuous
than dropping into a ballot box. 😁

It is Election Day, not month. One day, in person, on paper, counted by hand with observers. So sick of this crap.

What should be done?
Find and arrest the perp.
Burn the ballots.
Putting them in the mail box is different from putting them in a drop box. They will be stamp dated by the USPS.
BTW; I have yet to hear a good reason for the existence of drop boxes.
