ABC legal analyst Sunny Hostin told her co-hosts Wednesday on “The View” that she thinks former President Donald Trump will likely be indicted in the next 90 days.
Discussing Trump’s 2024 announcement, Hostin asked, “Shall we chat about the big house?”
She continued, “That’s what I think this is all about, right? Any private citizen can be indicted for a crime. You do not have the protection of the presidency. He’s got two years to run.”

Hostin: having nightmares and regretting that the J6 committee and democrats, failed to get rid of Trump, and now she and democrats, have to ‘suffer’ through another election campaign with Trump as the favorite.

No way Trump gets charged anytime soon. The Dems aren't going to play the indictment card now. They'll hold it close to their chest and play it at a time when it would be most advantageous, if that time ever comes.
And right now what the Democrats most want is for Donald Trump to remain at the forefront of the Republican Party and suck all the air out of the room (and hobble every other potential GOP candidate who might actually be a threat to the Democrats in '24).

Of course an ex-President isn’t above the law. But the law itself does treat Presidents differently from other when it comes to things like classified information and other papers. You can’t just pretend he’s some guy who walked in off the street and grabbed some papers off a Presidents’s desk.
"Colluding" with the Russians of course.
She is apparently “In the know.” Because she has special access to all of the information.
These people are so pathetic.
An indictment could well be used to Trump’s advantage and firm up the shaky base.
