Why can Argentina count 25–30 million paper ballots in hours, while blue US swing states take DAYS with machines?

It’s quite astonishing that the United States of America, one of the most powerful nations in the world, struggles to hold streamlined elections. We’ve gone from having election results on the same night or in the early hours to prolonged counts of sketchy ballots behind closed doors, with the winner remaining unknown for days on end. And these types of rinky-dink elections with long “third world” delays are being normalized, but it’s far from normal, and we all know it. This unacceptable stark contrast was glaringly obvious during the recent presidential election in Argentina, where they efficiently tallied 25 to 30 million paper ballots within hours. Meanwhile, certain blue districts in the United States, using machine ballots, take days to count a fraction of that number. How does one reconcile this?

End Wokeness:

Argentina: 25-30 million paper ballots

Maricopa (2020): 1.9 million ballots

Milwaukee (2020): 460k ballots

Detroit (2020): 250k ballots

Fulton (2020): 523k ballots

Explain to me how Argentina hand-counted all of their ballots in a few hours, but the big blue areas in our swing states take several days with machines?

...

The voting process in Argentina was streamlined and efficient

...

Concerned about the possibility of unreliable elections similar to those in the U.S., officials in Argentina closely monitored the voting process. ..

The vote takes place amid Milei’s allegations of possible electoral fraud, reminiscent of those from Trump and former Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro

...

Perhaps it’s worth considering the idea of outsourcing our elections to Argentina’s capable hands? That might ensure we learn the results within a day and alleviate concerns about Democrats cheating. What an embarrassment we’ve become.

Meanwhile, our Deep State's mad-on for hand-counting continues...

Because bait and switch is easier with machines. Hand counting is too solid and accurate.

Democrats are constantly refining their election stealing methodology so ballot counting should go faster in the 2024 presidential election.

Blue swing states are filled with Pygmy cannibals who have an IQ of 75 (mental retard), and no impulse control working the polling stations (just take a look at Philadelphia, Detroit, Chicago or Baltimore during election day). These are government employees!

Argentina has leftist scum but they are not democrat scum. That’s the difference. /spit

India is 5 times bigger than US population. Every voter must have govt issue voter ID with photo to vote. Results of elections are known within hours of closing.

“the United States of America, one of the most powerful nations in the world, struggles to hold streamlined elections.”

The USA doesn’t struggle to hold streamlined elections. The RATs struggle to invent and use better ways to cheat. (It takes time to truck in and count phony ballots.)

The premise is silly-the authors seem to posit that there is a technical reason we cannot count physical ballots fast or accurately, and that it is somehow embarrassing for the USA.

Physical ballots in the USA cannot be counted quickly or accurately, not because of some technical issue or lack of ability. This shameful deficiency has been codified and baked in.

The fact that it has been codified and baked into our electoral process is something we should be very ashamed of.

I will hold in reserve judgement, however, the the authors know this full well, and are simply taking a diagonal approach to talking about the issue to avoid being branded as “election deniers”.

I am normally opposed to the recent phenomenon of massive central “vote counting” centers, because they have been ground zero for pulling off massive vote fraud, but I think there’s a way that they could actually end fraud.

Use these centers to centralize not only vote counting but voting as well. Require everyone except for an extremely restricted group of people with true demonstrated need to vote in person at these centers. Voting (after proving identity) would only occur on paper ballots. After voting their ballot, the voter themselves would place it in a locked, giant transparent plexiglass box (probably would need a bunch of these, but the number would be fixed in advance and not subject to change) and could not leave the building until dipping their finger in indelible ink.

No ballots would be allowed in or out of the facility because with centralized voting no ballots would be transported from precincts. No more mystery 3 am ballot deliveries from who knows where. At all times, the transparent boxes containing voted ballots would be under 24-hour video surveillance, with the public able to view the feed. Any member(s) of the public would also be able to view the boxes in person, from a reasonable distance to ensure security, any time, day or night. And finally, counting of the votes would take place under the same remote and in-person transparency, with the added scrutiny of official observers allowed to watch over the shoulder of every vote counter. Images of every counted ballot would also be captured with overhead cameras and stored.

Sounds “extreme”, but our “elections” have become so deeply corrupt that I don’t think anything less would restore faith in them. There are just FAR too many rats, especially inner-city rats, running and controlling the show right now. The system I propose wouldn’t care if some bad actor tries to counterfeit or otherwise manufacture tons of fraudulent ballots, because only ballots legitimately cast under intense scrutiny could make their way into the count.

First of all... Stop electing your Dogcatcher, Sheriff, Prosecutor, Attorney General, Governor and President all on the same day.

Secondly... Switch to paper ballots and count them by hand.

Counting paper ballots by hand has worked in democratic countries like the UK, India, Australia and Canada for several hundreds of years. As long as you have a scrutinizer from all the political parties on hand when the votes are taken and counted... Things so go relatively smoothly. It’s not perfect, but it’s way better than machine counting.

I’m still suspicious of the notion that W won Florida by cheating. On the other hand, that could explain his fondness for illegal aliens and Mexico’s foreign policy (invasion), if his election was pre-ordained, meaning he need not listen to his base.

Perhaps the delays are tolerated by an “instant replay” mentality that’s prevalent in our society.

That’s because the democrats have to first know how many fake ballots they need to “find”. It looks like Argentina has much more honest elections, maybe we can get Argentina to run our elections.
