My early money is on it being named after Harriet Tubman. There’s a Maryland connection with her.
The George Floyd Causeway.. Spit.
Ray Lewis Bridge. NFL, negro, and murderer implicated.

I’m going with those in the “St. George, The Floyd” group....
But, they could always go with one of our esteemed communists though: The Biden Bridge, or the Barack Hussien Obama Crossing.
Whatever they come up with, one can bet that it will be a total insult to sane traditional America.
So they rename it the Biden bridge, made with Chinese steel, collect endless tolls in both directions with all exits ending in an endless loop.
Oh no. Not that. It will absolutely be named after a Leftist politician.

Even bridges and roads still in operation are having names changed if they were once named for former heroes now frowned upon.
One that comes to mind is the Stand Watie Memorial Bridge and Highway in Eastern Oklahoma. Used to be a Cherokee hero now a dud because he was also a Brigadier general in the Confederate army, and the last to cease fighting. He united the tribes in Oklahoma to the Southern Cause in the Civil War.
There may be lots of money spent on planning the new bridge but it will not be built. Big things don't get built any more.
