Gov. Hobbs: Arizona Abortion Ban Will ‘Motivate Voters’ to Enshrine Abortion Access
Breitbart ^ | 04/09/2024 | Pam Key

Governor Katie Hobbs (D-AZ) said Tuesday on CNN’s “Anderson Cooper 360” that she’s confident voters will enshrine abortion rights in November.

When asked about the Supreme Court’s decision banning abortion, Hobbs said, “Arizonans across the state are reeling from this decision that reinstates the most draconian ban in the country. This is a ban that as you said, was passed in 1864 before we were state, before women had the right to vote and it is a near total ban with no exceptions for rape or incest. It requires prison time for doctors. There’s just right now a lot of confusion about what is the current state who has access to what and it is, this is very harmful decision for Arizonans.”

A good answer to those pukes is “gee, I see that you weren’t aborted- enjoying life are ya?”

Because the elections are more important than killing babies.

Call on thr state legislature to get the law in line with Arizonians.

I believe there was a new 15 week law that was passed and signed into law.

Not sure why 4 RINO judges would suddenly get religion and ignore it.

Or maybe I do know why.

If you lose the election they will have total control of the baby killing levers and your inability to know when to hold your fire and when to concede ground will result in many more dying. Your stubbornness will directly result in killing the babies you claim to want to save. You have to know how and when to play your cards.

When the ‘reporting’ starts with a lie, there is little reason to read further.
SCOTUS did not ban abortions. SCOTUS said it was a STATE issue, and they (consequently) struck down Roe v Wade.

It’s very important to a majority of US women, and there are more women than men in both Arizona and the US.

What prompted the supposedly 'Republican' majority in the AZ SC to make this a ballot issue in November in an absolute, must-win state for Trump? They had to know this would spike democrat, female turnout.

They’ll get over it. Many women can’t get pregnant anymore anyway who vote.

State legislators should legislate. Not the court.
