Apologist traitor.
I got a camera for my birthday, and that's taken up some of my time too. ;)
My mother has been an amateur photographer for years.
:)
Understood.
Camera eh?
One of these days I'm going to have to invest in one of these 'camera' things.
I have read the quran and fully understand it. Muslims are authorized to kill non-believers after they have been warned. You send a warning to our leaders and if our leaders do not follow you you are allowed to kill us. The Quran also gives you blanket authorization to lie to any non-believer. The quran also gives the believer carte-blanche to decide for themselves the difference between right and wrong.
I understand the quran all too well.
Well, amateur is the key word for me. :)
Here's the one I have:

I wanted something more than point and shoot but was on a very tight budget, and didn't want to spend a lot on something I might get tired of quickly. Had a Maxxum 7000 way back when, (which I suppose the ex enjoyed?) but didn't know if the camera bug would bite hard twice.
Darksheare, the last time I looked, Wal-Mart has it in the store for $185, and it's of course cheaper mail order. It has manual control so it's something you can grow with, and Consumer Reports rated it highest in the budget/point and shoot category. It's not perfect, and it isn't very good with the redeye setting, but there's some software that comes with it, another bonus in that many camera makers don't give you much beyond their "homegrown" stuff. That software isn't the greatest, has it's quirks, but it has the best redeye fix I've ever seen, and has a decent clone tool and text tool. (It's actually the latest version of something I've been using which came bundled with my computer back in '01, what I mainly used to make a few things during the RatherGate days). By itself they want 80 bucks for it!

In a minute I'll post a sample in honor of our latest friend at #37. ;)
