A friend from Free Republic let me know that the little bastards over at DU are chatting behind Free Britannia's backs and this is what they are saying:

19. "Since you mentioned Tories "
I think I must admit that I am a member of the British FR rip-off, free britannia
http://www.freebritannia.co.uk /
This bunch don't have guns to drool over but they are violently anti immigrant and, they can get quite racist. They don't seem to be in the habit of kicking out disruptors which means that you can cause a bit of havoc. For extra impact those of you who wish to disrupt should make your user name something like "Euro-Lover" or better still, "Guardian Reader". I provide a link to DU on all my posts which seems to piss them off a bit.
And if you want to know what I do over there, then here is a link so you can see for yourself what intellectual midgets we are dealing with here.

No wonder our Conservatives are unelectable.

20. "have been there once or twice"
it is a couple of steps below pathetic. Its nice to see that our right wing is numerous and sane.
There man MadIvan posts on freerepublic and he is a total bum-licker. On fp he has to be supportive of Tony and you can see that it kills him. hah ha ha haha!
freebritania are anti-choice as well. They seem like most conservatives in the fact that they are sadly lacking in anything resembling imagination.

21. "There are two types of Brit on FR"
The arse-lickers like MadIvan (the owner of SlaveBritannia and Traitan (Free Britannia user name Hallam Rebel, he comes from the same neck of the woods as me, although he does seem to resent the fact that I've moved faaaar away to Essex. He is also one of the worst racists on there)
The other type of Brit Freepers are the ones who actually tell the truth, i.e Dimwit-Smith is unelectable, Privatising the NHS would be a disaster, Brits hate Gun Freaks and have the gun-control laws to prove it who constantly get flamed on FR. These include the wonderfully-monikered Wanker and Torie. sadly there is only Portillista on Slave Britannia.
They are indeed the most irrational bunch of pillocks going, but you can play with them as a result, as can be seen from my "Tories are Bonkers" thread, which they proved beyond all reasonable doubt.

22. "Aye"
I read your thread. The did not quite grasp the fact that they were have the piss ripped out of them. They are so inept that you can't even enjoy a good old fashioned rubber-neck.
I am in the process of joining freebritania.
I will be DURogueTrooper. My avatar is Xena ( because she is a lesbian icon ), my flag is Cuba and my sig is a party renewed a country reborn ( which is from the speach "new labour, new britain" ).
We have a few liberals here who mind their manners and seem to understand that they are going to be shouted down, sometimes rudely. I really don't mind their presence at all if they present alternative ideas to simply contemplate, especially if they are thoughtful positions.
But the majority are dumb punk disruptors who say foolish and inflammatory things and I think FR management tolerates them too long. I would be a little quicker on the ban button, especially when they expose themselves and their tactics as shown in this post.
If these jerks weren't so mendacious, they'd be pathetic.
You should probably filter out their IP addresses, so they can't just log back in with new pseudonyms.
Did she cry? Yep. Sure, tears are as rare as scrawny biceps on Xena: Warrior Princess. But an emotional Lucy Lawless, 30, left her iron-maiden persona (and her trademark bangs) behind on her wedding day. "She really got choked up," says a friend. "It was the most moving moment of the whole ceremony." At the traditional Catholic wedding service in Santa Monica's Saint Monica Church, the 5'11" Kiwi beauty dazzled her groom, Xena executive producer Rob Tapert, 43, in a ]ow-cut, hand-beaded silk-satin ivory gown by her show's costume designer, Ngila Dickson. Lawless's 10-year-old daughter, Daisy (from her first marriage, to Garth Lawless), was maid of honor.
Your former Dem colors are showing. As much as I despise all that DU wallows in (they do not "stand for" anything in my opinion), they do not owe anyone a right to speech. The "right of free speech" only ties the government, not private enterprise. DU can censor or remove any speech they desire form their website and they are perfectly within their rights.
Why anyone would choose to post on such a censored site is another question entirely. I recommend forgetting they exist.
If a Rat Yells in an Empty Forest, Does He Make A Sound?
This is the part Freepers keep getting confused about. DU is for Dems only. It is not a forum; it is a place for Dems to share thoughts that otherwise would never get discussed (since the media won't address them). At DU, they do not CARE what conservatives think or have to say. They are NOT interested (any longer) in coming to compromises with conservatives and they are NOT going to debate any issues with them any more. All that is pointless. It never accomplishes a thing.
Truth is, though conservatives have yet to fully realize it, Democrats have crossed over a line. They are angrier than they have been since the 60s and they have no tolerance or patience with conservatives anymore.
IOW, now BOTH sides believe that the only way to deal with the other side is to completely crush them.
Keep up the good fight.
You'll know that you've cast off the last of Demo-thought when you find that the two outstanding presidents of the 20th century were 1. Calvin Coolege and 2. Ronald Reagan.
"Silent Cal" is my idea of the ideal president. One may question my opinion by remarking that "he didn't do anything."
Bingo!
