Larry asked them about it just now on Larry King Live (2-11-2), and they refused to deny it.

Do you allow service technicians in your house?

Give me a break with you moral relativity.

But since you asked, nobody comes in my house when I'm not here. Nobody.

I would not allow service technicians I picked up from a bar into my house who came for the purpose of wild sex and allow them access to my kids.

Most churches teach something quite different, that in fact sex between married couples is sacred and blessed.

Yeah, and they also teach you will go to hell and burn for eternity for having sex with somebody you are NOT married to.

I pity you for your apparent upbringing.

Well,I don't pity you for yours. It is apparant you are happy being a blind fool.

There is really nothing "perverted" about their sexual preferences.

I respectfully disagree.

He wants to play a game with words and definitions, much like every other libertine.

Service technician = pervert

You're getting close to the root of it. The thing is these self-styled moral judges WANT and NEED the parents to be guilty of the dissapearance and possible murder of this child,PURELY because they want them punished for having "non-approved" sex. Misery loves company. The dissapearance of the young girl in this story is now a side issue for too many of these posters.

I can only speak for myself, but I think you're waaaaaaaay off base with your comments. First of all, as I mentioned in a previous post, if the parents were passed out on the couch, we would all be faulting them for letting alcohol divert their attention away from their parental responsibilities. Secondly, I think you're being just as morally judgemental against the morally judgemental as the morally judgemental are against the morally questionable. Get it? Being tolerant and inclusive of the swinging lifestyle and turning your nose up at the people who think it's gross puts all of us on an equal footing, in my opinion.

I think some people are in a little too big of a hurry to implicate the parents based on their lifestyle, when it could just be that they let their attention get diverted away from their responsibilities too easily, but you're being in too big of a hurry to defend them, when it could very well be that the company they happened to keep exposed their daughter in a way that wouldn't have happened if they were hosting a bridge tournament instead.

BTW, I have seen a swinging couple's website before. You have to subscribe to get the "really good" pictures of their parties (so they make money off their lifestyle) and they mention that they have four children (only in the context of the guy bragging about how good his wife looks after having four children). I saw some of the "sample pictures" and, as they say in the Navy, this is no sh*t: the very first thought that popped into my head when I saw those pictures was "Wow, don't you think they'd get tired of it after awhile?" I mean, if you need that much "stimulation" to keep your marriage exciting, you must be very easily bored or not very emotionally connected. It's like a drug....when the regular stuff doesn't float your boat anymore, you step it up a notch, and then another notch, and then another notch. What happens when swinging isn't enough anymore? It's like heroin--it's exciting at first, but pretty soon, you need even wilder and crazier stuff to consider yourself as having a good time? All morality and sinfulness aside (and adultery is a sin, if you're a Christian or Jew), wife-swapping is not an emotionally or physically sustainable marital enhancement, and while there might be a small few who can keep it up indefinitely (pun intended), I'd be willing to bet that they have a lot more emotional and marital problems that they'd be willing to admit to.

. To NAMBLA, for instance, it's perfectly normal for grown men to rape young boys. It's a "lifestyle choice." To the rest of us, it's a sickness.

The real sickness here is freaks like you who try to equate adult hetrosexual sex with homosexual child rape. This just proves how much of a degenerate YOU are.

The fact that you're defending this kind of behavior is particularly disturbing. Do you really feel it's perfectly ok to betray wedding vows just because the mood strikes you? The funny thing is, here we are, several of us, "defending" a loving, Christian, monogamous marriage. We see people hurling words like "judgment" at us like an epithet. Actually, yes, I am judgmental. That's why God gave us a brain, you know, so we can make choices based on good judgment. Alas, some prefer bad judgment or none at all.

I'll go out on a limb here.........I'll wager that Mom or Dad or both had something to do with this, or knew about it.

Maybe they are more concerned about hiding the swinging aspect than helping police because the police may want to talk to the other children. Maybe the other children have some horror stories to tell.

Stories that you would probably defend as 'normal behavior'.......

.......it's a guess, but let's see what happens.

Yes and I'd say the same thing if they brought in service technicians for a wild drunken orgy at 3am. The parents seemed to be doing a bit of covering up of the facts at the start which deliberately would have delayed the police in tracking down the kidnapper. Protecting their lifestyle seemed more a priority than their kids.

Blind? Who's blind here? The one that sees the dangers of that kind of lifestyle, or the one who doesn't?

We don't know one way or the other whether this is "adult heterosexual sex" or not. For one thing, the wife is said to enjoy other women. Not much is being said about the husband. It is not such a leap from one kind of deviancy (orgies are deviant from the norm) to another. I think, at the very least, the possibility that the child was forced to take part in these "games" should be investigated. If not, then finally they did at least one thing right.

What would you call a woman who sleeps around?

Normal. It's a rare one that doesn't. Most just lie about it.

BTW,a "whore" is someone who sells their body for money. They ain't in it for pleasure.

You are the one who equated it by talking about "non-approved sex." Now YOU are the one to say what NAMBLA advocates isn't approved? So goes your morality argument.

Something tells me you don't have a very high regard for women in general. It shows with that comment.

"Sleeping around on a woman is okay, because most women do it, and if they say they aren't, they are simply lying anyway. So I'll get mine, too"

Something like that?

I have no pity at all for the parents but the poor child who has most likely been raped and murdered by one of their playmates and the siblings who have lost their sister

HorseHillary! You just WANT to blame the parents because it makes you feel superior to them. Let's take a wild chance and suppose for just one minute that it was a total stranger (like in the Polly Klass case) who abducted the girl,ok? Would you feel sorry for the greiving parents then? Or do they still deserve no sympathy for losing a child, merely because they liked to have sex outside of their marriage?
