This just gets weirder...

Only one part of this story makes me smile.
The fact it happened in Texas.
Time to warm up "ol' Sparky?"

"I'd just like to talk to her -- just ask questions and see why, to get a better understanding I suppose," he said. Bigg's son has all the moral acumen of his father's murderer.

Considering the monstrousness of this incident, the only "mistake" she probably feels she made was in not having sex in the back seat of the car before he died. Had she done that, I would have given her an A+ for sheer cruelty. Agreed, time to warm up old sparky.

The tipster said Mallard drove home, had sex with her boyfriend... In her statement to police, however, Mallard said she felt "like someone had slipped her something"
I guess so! Isn't that what sex is all about?

That girl should rot in prison!! What a cruel b*%#ch.

Boyfriend is a new wrinkle.
Was he at the house when she got there, or was he in the car with her?
If he was at the house, considering it was early, early morning when she supposedly arrived, then was he a live-in? If so, didn't he ever go to the garage?
This whole story is horrible--incomprehensible.
I keep seeing her, going to the garage "Are you dead yet?"
I hope the DA does prosecute her to the fullest--live without parole or lethal injection. Too bad slow-painful injections are cruel and unusual punishment--although she certainly did that to Mr. Biggs.

Sick sick sick sick sick sick sick.
Heiskell said his client is guilty only of failing to stop and render aid -- not murder.
Are all of you hitmen listening carefully? Anyone want to bump off their boss? What about that neighbor whose dog makes your yard its personal latrine? I wonder what the maximum sentence for failure to render aid is.

Nurses Aid Chante "Pane-Killer" Mallard shattered the mans life and she's obviously cracked or she's on crack. She probably also turned on the windshield wipers to beat the mans face just for the fun of it, and then turned on the squirter to burn his eyes with window cleaner.

He said her friends advised her not to call for help and suggested dumping the body. Just how many people knew about this. Sounds like she isn't the only one that needs to be locked up. If all her friends are black like her, does that make this a hate crime?

She's the victim of a white dominated racist Euro-centric culture.
Chante J. Mallard
Obviously, she's a lady of color who has gained a job, a car and a live in man friend. All these a product of affirmative action?
Where's Johnny Cochrunt, Jesse "Johnson" Jackson and Al "Sharpie" Sharpton. Ahhh, come on race hustling poverty pimps sister Chante needs your help. Besides, whitey made her do it!

Definitely.
Charges may be filed against the friends who helped dump Biggs' body, Burgess said.
I would be surprised if they weren't.

Bigg's son has all the moral acumen of his father's murderer. That's really not fair. It takes a while to get over the impact of losing family in the most expected circumstances. This kid is probably still in some form of shock while his brain processes what has happened.
Give him a month, he'll be ready to throw the switch himself.

Weekend At Biggs. Film at 11.

"This was not a friend of Chante's. In fact, they were enemies," he said.
That's right, Mr. Scumbag Lawyer, impugn the one person in this horror story who did the right thing.
Whenever *I* commit a murder, I always make sure to tell my enemies what I've done so they can turn me in. Doesn't everyone?
To: Gaston
If she's black she might get probation and her Masters Deegree paid for by the taxpayers.
To: chance33_98
"This was not a friend of Chante's. In fact, they were enemies," he said. He added that the tipster wanted to portray Mallard "in the worse light possible." Would she look any better in the best light possible?

I may get slammed for this but I don't care. Until reading this post, I had no idea that the suspect was black. However, I read many previous posts, in this thread and others concenrining this hideous act, and I came to a conclusion in my mind: This woman can't be a native born white American. In fact, I figured she was probably black. Go ahead, call me a racist.
