No, this is awful!
I don't know where anything is anymore!
Where are the sidebars?
I used to go straight to them
to find out
what was going on.

It is damned arrogant to come into my house, remove a favorite s/w package and replace it with a new one that I don't like it. That is what FR has done. I have said almost the same thing on other ocassions on other threads but it does no good.

And when you 'find user', there is no 'find in forum' clicker. -- You have to type in the exact users name.
Frustrating. -- If you can't get the correct spellng.

My sidebar is set up; my preferences are established; I'm ready to roll. Yeah, I was bitching up a storm about seven hours ago (see some of my earlier posts on this thread). Now I'm getting used to it.
At my last job, they were changing the software on our database every couple of months so I'm used to this stuff.
Face it, it's here for a reason. What reason, I don't know. We may as well master it.

When I was a pure lurker (which was only 3 days ago), I used to type in "by: fill in the Freeper" on the top of the "latest posts" page to go directly to a page that listed the most recent posts of whatever Freeper I typed in. Does anyone here know how to accomplish the same thing with this new format? Find User

I agree with you -- the state forum blurb at the top is bad. It is the one thing I don't like in this new format.

Since we are on this catchall thread - did anybody else see Cspan showing the website of the Communist party today? The Cspan guy was talking to the Communist webmaster guy as if he is just a normal, regular person instead of someone who is affilitated with the communist butcher monsters who have murdered over 100 million human beings along with impoverishing nation after nation - while enriching the communist elitists in each of the countries unfortunate enough to have communists in full power in them.
The website looked like it had been authored by the Democratic party. Oh, of course, it did - they are one and the same.
Just a little tiny anti-communist post in this raucous "It's awful" thread. You want to know something that is awful? Communism is awful!
