We will see a pre-emptive tac nuke strike before an invasion, unless the whole Big Red One snuck over there last night....

If Rush is so sure - where is the armor? There has been no news of movements of heavy armor into Kuwait, or anywhere else for that matter. This will not be done by SOF and air alone. Where are the Marine MEUs that were in the Indian Ocean? Remember the "dry run" combat air assault that was done from the helicopter carriers overland into Afghanistan? It was described as a "first" for the Marines - IMHO it will not be the last - but not without many, many Abrams tanks.

My point exactly, they have to have to get a lot of steel (M1's0 over there or they have the plutonium and Li6 option. Of course they did surrender to camera crews last time....

Talking about 'intestinal fortitude' It was the worst tasting breakfast I can remember eating, I'm sure it has something to do with him as I sat at the table next to him and I'm sure that ruined my apetite.

how bout the Joe Stalin of Terrorist? Well, for sure you can't call him the Yasser Arafat of terrorists: for all his faults, at least Saddam can grow real facial hair.

Saddam is the Michael Jordan of terrorists. Does that make Arafat Pippen or Rodman?

Rush Limbaugh says Iraq invasion "imminent". Excerpt:
On today's progam, Rush Limbaugh suggested that everyone should be prepared for the "imminent" invasion of Iraq. He continued by saying that the administration is very concerned about just how close Saddam is to Weapons of Mass Destruction or WMD's.
I recently attended a breakfast meeting and Chuckie Schumer was the speaker. His forceful statement that an Iraq invasion was to be expected sooner rather than later made an impression on me.
Please let me know if you want ON or OFF my ping list!. . .don't be shy.

Here's why Bush is doing what he's doing:
- the Arab world made clear to Cheney that it will not support any move against Iraq without an agreement between Israel and the Palestinians.
- Arab League, which includes key U.S. allies Egypt, Jordan and Saudi Arabia, reaffirmed support for Arafat
- We need arab ports to resupply ships and to get tanks into Iraq--Yes there will be tanks needed
- We need all the arab countries surrounding Iraq to approve us flying over their air space
- We need arab support to base troops because we don't have anyplace big enough
- We need someplace to base A10's and Apache Helos.. We need these tank killers close by !
- We need arab support to conduct rescue missions when some of our aircraft get shot down (We do this with helos)
- We don't have enough aircraft carriers to sustain bombing forever..We need to base F117, F22 fighters etc.
- We need refueling ports (Arab) to refuel ships because Clinton de-funded refueling ships
- We will need staging areas for our airborne or whoever we decide to send in
I can go on and on but the fact is we need the arabs to take on Iraq !

I thought he had like 10+ palaces and scores of other hiding places? Sadly to say it would probably be easier to just nuke the whole place and be done with it.

"Animal Farm" successfully presents how the mechanism of propaganda and brainwashing works in totalitarian regimes, by showing how the pigs could make the other animals believe practically anything. Responsible for the propaganda was Squealer, a pig that "could turn black into white". Squealer managed to change the rule from "all animals are equal" to" all animals are equal but some animals are more equal than others". He managed to convince the other animals that it was for their sake that the pigs ate most of the apples and drank most of the milk, that leadership was "heavy responsibility" and therefore the animals should be thankful to Napoleon, that what they saw may have been something they "dreamed", and when everything else failed he would use the threat of " Jones returning" to silence the animals.
In this simple but effective way, Orwell presents the tragedy and confusion of thought control to the extent that one seems better off simply believing that" Napoleon is always right".
Anna Haggupi, book review of "Animal Farm" by George Orwell
Orwell's "Squealer" is Limbaugh's role model.

"Sadly to say it would probably be easier to just nuke the whole place and be done with it. "
The problem with nuking over there is the Alpha Radiation will end up over here.
In fact, huge clouds of camel dust (Dust from their crap) ends up in the US each spring because of the western winds and causes us health problems. Alpha radiation would do the same !

After the first wave- where we kick the crap out of them and make them sorrier than they already are--
Second wave-- pre-nuke-- We send in a couple thousand Pizzas (not Meatlovers-- cheese only, please) and the whole frigging Iraqi army will defect to "the side with the Fresh, Hot Pizza".
Total Cost: $8.95 for the first pizza - $4.00 each for the next 10,000 pies. Total cost for 10,001 pizzas is $4008.95. The US Army will take care of the RUSH, 30-minute delivery.
We can probably sell ad space on the Marines helmets to offset the pizza cost, making the operation Enduring "Dead Iraqi Leader" a free ride.

Thanks for the heads up! Great news IMHO!!!
