arguably the least qualified person ever to fill a high-level Cabinet position

the understatement of all time

back in '92, before butch was nominated, and while i owned a 5 mill/year computer business, some clown in miami bounced a check for about $300

which, if it remains unpaid, is a felony in florida

if you assiduously follow the statutory provisions for making demand for payment within 10 days via return receipt certified mail and payment isn't forthcoming, by statute the matter can then be sent to the local state attorney for criminal prosecution

which, of course, we routinely did with each and every bad check that wasn't promptly made good

and what did state attorney butch, whose office had dozens and dozens of attorneys and staff have to say?

"we don't prosecute if a bad check is for less than $500"

now, we ultimately collected on the check, but it's a whole lot easier if the threat of a criminal prosecution exists, a single phone call from a state prosecutor's office is usually enough to inspire the miscreant to pay up and get the state off their back

in fact, many florida state attorneys in other districts of florida vigorously pursued properly referred bad checks as small as $25, after all, paper-hanging is against the law, and statutory public policy is to discourage it by prosecuting it

but, i guess butch and her legions of lawyers and staff must have been too busy with all of those bogus sex-offender cases to bother with an actual felony that is easier to prove than shooting fish in a barrel

too bad, butch could have improved her lousy conviction rate

The Klintoons knew just what the heck they were doing when they put reno in position as A.G. They wanted #1 a lesbean. #2 they wanted someone they could control, someone that didn't have the smarts or morals to stand up for the constitution. #3 she was told how to act or they would leak her being a drunk and a lesbean.

Even the democrats there want to her to lost the nomination. In some of the heaviest spanish areas which are prone to going RAT, she can't go since she gets more latino death threats then endoresments. The cubans there would rather vote for her to get a bullet in the head then breath. If Jeb fails to win by more then 15%, then it will be an embarrassment. SO far all the polls show him blowing her out, badly and across every democgraphic. White female voters are the only close one.

The 11th Curcuit Court of Appeals stopped Reno's crime spree once...but that was a long time ago. Since then, and joining onto the greatest CRIMINAL SYNDICATE this nation has ever known, Reno has been unstoppable. When the ballot box doesn't work...

Mr. Snowden was sentenced in 1986 to five - count 'em, five - life terms. After he served nearly 12 years in prison, a three-judge panel of the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals unanimously overturned Mr. Snowden's conviction, noting that his conviction was based on the flimsiest of evidence. After the U.S. Supreme Court refused to hear the appeal of Florida's attorney general, Florida stopped its plans to retry Mr. Snowden, whose life, to put it mildly, was largely destroyed by Janet Reno.
