[history]
I was driving with my 3-year-old daughter Monday morning down West Liberty Avenue, when we had no choice but to gaze out the car windows at a variety of 5-foot placards depicting extremely graphic photos of aborted fetuses. My daughter asked me, "Mommy, why are those people holding signs of scary monsters?" In shock myself as to what I was seeing, I did not know what to say.

How do you respond to a 3-year-old about such violent photos? She doesn't understand; how do I tell her that those are unborn babies when she is very excited about her aunt who is pregnant with twins? Good question, Lisa. What do you tell them?

The author should begin proceedings against the media who portrayed the Viet-Nam war victims on TV, which were clearly guilty of the same crime.

Abortion, it's just murder. I am agaisnt murder, and all for educating people that it is wrong. But don't you think that walking around on a sidewalk and carrying
graphic pictures of a murder victom is inappropriate?
One may like the subject of a teaching, yet has the responsibility for choosing the appropriate method to teach it.

Pro-choice people hate it when you remind them just what it is they are choosing. The usual Orwellian language can't cover up the reality of a picture.

There's no need to carry around pictures of murdered corpses, because the society and the law recognize that murder is wrong. Murderers are regularly caught and punished. Regretably, that is not the case with abortion and abortionists. The media consistently lie about it and cover it up. People need to know just what it is that the Supreme Court made legal in the Roe v. Wade and Casey decisions.

You know what? Those horrible images are just the tip of the iceberg of what Tom 'the HOLE, Hitlery Clinton, Ted Swimmin' Kennedy, John BIG HAIR Kerrey, Smilin' Trial Lawyer Johnny Edwards, Chuckles Schumer, Barbie Boxhead, Maxinepad Waters, Bawney Fwank, and the rest of the Demon-rat Party want to
INFLICT upon society.
The 'rat party vehmently defends the mutilation of unborn children--up to the POINT of BIRTH. Yes, you heard me right--they believe it to be GOOD that a doctor can deliver a baby until the HEAD ONLY is in the birth canal, pierce the child's skull with a knife, and vacuum the brains out, causing the head to collapse. How would a picture of that set with you?
I am sickened by the images, too. The solution is NOT TO STOP THE PROTESTS. THE SOLUTION IS TO STOP THE MURDER.
Quit assassinating the messenger.

Each of those plastic jars contains one little dead person. The mother's name and the date of the abortion are written on the labels. Dreadful indeed. It surprises me that they even record such data. Do you have any links to the data bases?

I want everyone to understand that I completely respect the American choice to protest
against something you oppose and to stand up for something you believe in,
but when it is forced upon children, I absolutely lose all respect.
Boy howdy, I bet this woman is gonna' be p-ssed when her kid's socialist-trained
public school teachers start to give her instructions on safety in the use of drugs
and how to properly use a condom.
Oh, but I suspect she's the sort who will send her kid to a private school...maybe even
a religiously-based one.

I show my kids the pictures of aborted babies so they'll know what abortion is. It's horrifying to children because they haven't been brainwashed yet by Planned Parenthood types telling them lies.

How do you respond to a 3-year-old about such violent photos? Tell her the truth. Don't lie to her.
"Honey, that's what other mommies to be do to their children before they're born because they don't want them. Yes, honey, it is awful and very sad, but that's what some mommies chose to do. We try to stop them, but they still do it anyway."

Abortion, it's just murder. I am agaisnt murder, and all for educating people that it is wrong. But don't you think that walking around on a sidewalk and carrying graphic pictures of a murder victom is inappropriate? I'd agree if abortion was as rare as murder. On the other hand if there were over 1,000,000 murders committed in the United States every year, mostly carried out by government-protected, licenced professional executioners at the request of the mothers of the murder victims... . You get my drift.

. Our young children, our children in general, should not be subjected to these photographs
on their way to school.
But I bet she has no problem with letting her child look at the abortion clinic
attendant who was maimed in one of the bombings attributed to Eric Rudolph.
And the beatification of this lady, as in her embrace with Al Gore.
Now...I'm not for violence against any abortion clinic workers...but it hit me after
seeing this lady in a number of fawning media appearances that were trying to
make her into some sainted Mother Teresa Martyr of Abortion who'd suffered her
wound for some sort of sacrament.
It finally hit me.
One any given day, this wounded, maimed woman is having a MUCH better day than any of the
children aborted at her clinic.

I don't call them 'mommies' to my kids. I tell my kids those are pathetic women who'll do anything to have a man, even sleep with men who don't love them and then kill their own children. I tell my sons to be very very careful who they date or their own children could end up in an abortionist's trash can.

I too think abortions are wrong and the images show the cruelty of it. That is why we need morning after pills.
Make abortion illegal, and tell women that if they do have unprotected sex, they have 72 hours to take the pills to prevent implantation. (The morning-after pills wont work after that - unlike RU486)
Such a law is a lot more likely to be passed, and should be supported by anyone who truly does want to stop the cruelty shown in the images.
