May 20, 2002 -- THE shocking part about the videotape of journalist Daniel Pearl's ritual murder isn't the graphic cruelty of the act. The shocking part is that some among our media elite claim to be surprised by the savagery of the deed.

This vicious, degenerate backwater masquerading as a civilization has not created a single world-class university, it develops no technologies, it offers no worthy arts, it manufactures nothing but terrorists - and many, if not most, of its people would gladly see each reader of this newspaper murdered as brutally as Daniel Pearl was murdered. I do get the sense that the "Islam is Peace" crapola is wearing off, and more and more people are willing to speak the truth in public. Obviously, the collapse of the multiCULTurist euroleft has facilitated this development, but I think it was inevitable with time, any way. The Dems have inadvertedly greased the skids by demanding the government warn the public of even generalized threats. Since we are always being threatened by the musli savages in one way or another, I can't see much peace for their "moderate" brethren in the foreseeable future. Oh, well, c'est la vie.

Jeez, Colonel Peters. Don't hold back. Tell us how you
really feel!
But seriously, every point he makes is a sound one. (And hunt down a copy of his The War In 2020 if you haven't yet read it; it's the best military adventure thriller out there.) The major problem Americans have internationally is our lean-over-backwards determination to be nice and accommodating to peoples that hate us and are totally hostile to everything we hold dear.
Perhaps we should heed the advice of that well-known geopolitical strategist, Mr. Randy Newman:
They don't respect us,
So let's surprise them,
Let's drop the Big One,
And pulverize them...
("Political Science," Randy Newman)
Ahem. Just kidding... for now.

Right on! Man if we could just get a few more of our major media guys to tell it like it is...

Oh, my. This deserves applause. Would to God Dan Blather, Tom Brokenjaw, Wolf Blitzkrieg, and Peter Lemmings would read and take it to heart.
(This is pretty straightforward stuff - not for the fainthearted).

I love this line. I always remark when people consider this war to be a clash of civilizations, "oh, and you think the Arab world is civilized???" Yeah, right.

Wasn't it Dan Rather who worried recently about being "necklaced" (tortured) if he (and other "journalists) didn't show their patriotism in the American news media? It was (to me) a not so oblique statement that he cannot ever side with what is RIGHT AND GOOD, but must remain ABOVE the FRAY (HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA ......) The MEDIA complex MAKES me SICK!!!!!!!!!!!!
