Maybe Army Captain Clements had time to call this man from his cell phone. That's all I can think of.

With a bridge falling? unless he was already on the phone. Spooky - a very well connected imposter, it seems. very odd, -Thanks for this. It's these local papers, you can find some intrigueing items. Wonder if we see this in the national press anytime. Sort of like all those incidents in the weeks and months after 9/11.

Very possible that the second man would be unknown, to anyone. Doing his job unknown to regular army authorities.

Okay FReepers focus already...

We first need to know what sort of specialty Army Capt. Andrew Clements' was providing to the Army.

Was he active or reserve, in intel or a combat MOS?

Where was he stationed?

If we know these things then we'll be alot further along then we would if we all keep sitting around wondering about spooky stuff.

I just did a google search for "andrew clements" and located a page that says that "andrew clements" is the "real identity" of "ultraman".

Someone put a Pinger on his car obviously.....and Andrew Clements is the name of Ultrman?? WEIRD. But the dead guy had a LOT of MONEY from someplace to have such an expensive house and car.

Would a cell phone work underwater? There was certainly no time before the vehicles went in the river.

I have only heard it reported once, but I believe on CNN they first reported that this barge had also hit and almost knocked down the previous highway river bridge too.

How can hitting two bridges miles apart be an accident?
