I just heard on FOX news that they've been questionning this particular suspect for almost a week. Will be talking to his cell mate tomorrow.

In addition to my last post...FOX also mentioned Denver. I was washing dishes while listening to the TV so I'm assuming the suspect is in custody in Denver.

That's what I figured. They said earlier today that they were backing off Edmunds.

They had kept calling Edmonds a witness, so maybe since he had been sleeping in his car in the neighborhood they assumed he had seen something. From the sounds of this, perhaps he did.

Edmunds may have told the cops about the construction worker, because Edmunds ran heavy equipment for the city.So he probably knows the construction workers in the area.
