Sure, sure, right, you know the mother so you know everything about what's going on in this case, including details that the media, which has been all over this case, hasn't uncovered. Moreover, you insist on dragging them all over FR.com to lend your arguments the veneer of authority. Whatever.

You're 0 for 2 on the family situation, as neither my wife nor I have been married before nor have either of us had children out of wedlock. We're quite happy. Thanks for your concern all the same.

We do, in fact, have a choice, and it is you have chosen to be bitter. I have more respect for myself than to play amatuer psychiatrist, so I won't speculate why, but I do know that bitterness is why you have dragged me and this argument into two threads and that is why you have stooped to ad hominem arguments, calling me "flyerboy" and "swine". Using the term "feminazi" is indeed harsh but it accurately describes the POV of anyone who thinks fathers are unimportant beyond their financial contributions.

Finally, I would once again like to point out that unlike you, I have not stooped to relying on personal attacks, as you have done in both this thread and the other thread which you dragged me into. Your POV on this issue is both clouded and bankrupt. It is deserving of criticism, in fact, by dragging this argument into another thread, you have invited that criticism. I'm sorry you seem to be unable to separate your opinions from your person. I will not cease to criticize your opinions just because you would rather I not, nor will I cease to defend fatherhood despite your opinions. When you call me into a thread, I will respond. Please consider that before you do it again.

Banning, who declined through her attorney to be interviewed, has full custody of the child, which Newdow also is challenging in court.

Oho, now the truth emergeth. It was never about the Pledge, more about how the mother is raising her child and what desperate measures the father is willing to take to gain possession of her.

He readily admit he's the injured party, but since he isn't going to elementary school anymore, there is no true injured party. Case closed. The judges must be smoking crack.

You definitely make some valid points. If I was this mother, I'd quit taking the guy's dough and tell him to shove off.

In fact, I'd have never accepted his money in the first place, and would have got as far away from his emotional and mental abuse as I could get. Even welfare would be a better alternative than to put up with this creep.

Atheists, he argues, shouldn't have to pledge to a God in whom they don't believe.

True. And I, as a taxpayer, shouldn't have to be forced to pay for a procedure I don't believe in, i.e. other people's abortions, but I'm paying anyway, whether I like it or not.

Somebody tell this guy that in America, you have to know when to put up and when to shut up. And he can shut up. Is anyone forcing him to say the words "under God"?? No. He doesn't have to say it, even if it is part of the Pledge. However, he doesn't have the right to prevent me and my children from saying it if we so choose. And when all is said and done, and if the phrase "Under God" somehow gets omitted, people are going to say it anyway, and of their own free will. So this lawsuit will prove to be a complete and utter waste of time.

I would bet HSMama does know more than the average person if she is acquainted with them personally. And you know as well as anyone that the liberal news media is biased more towards the father's view than the mother's. They are bending over backwards to make him palatable to the offended public. The news media hates Christians, period. I wager they are shocked at the uproar since the average American, while perhaps not being a born-again fundamentalist Christian, does believe in God.

This is basically a child custody case gone sour and this guy is using 'religion' as his last-ditch means to get ahold of what he thinks is his property (his daughter). You may be a decent man who doesn't think that way about women and children, but unfortunately not all guys are as nice as you.

If Mama knows the woman involved then she knows the woman's thoughts and feelings involving her former lover and the father or her child. She certainly does not know Michael Newdow's side of the matter. Moreover, Mama claims knowledge of facts that neither the mother nor the media have revealed. While the liberal media may be more inclined to agree with Michael Newdow's POV on the pledge, the fact remains that scandal is practically the coin of the realm for these people. You don't really believe the liberal media wouldn't sell Michael Newdow out at the first opportunity if it meant more ratings, would you?

This has been a custody case gone sour since the mother of Michael Newdow's child sought to move 3,000 miles away to legally deprive him of visitation with his child. When it comes to being a father, Michael Newdow's actions speak louder than his words. You may think he's a lousy person but you can't deny the fact that he's bent over backwards to be a good father.

The basic concept for liberals is that we as conservatives have to pay for their demented/depraved life styles. Also, we have zero rights to complain about this. If we complain about when our taxes go to pay for a perverted life style or abortion, we are charged with a hate crime.

Left wing maggots like this Klown can trash our religions and in their eyes be the heroes. Let us defend our religions, and we again are the evil ones.

This is why I'm glad that this case has reached the super nova mark in America. It is a clear wake up call to most Americans about the intents of the Godless liberals led by their anti America/American ACLU lawyers, which this klown is probably an honorary member.

**Moreover, Mama claims knowledge of facts that neither the mother nor the media have revealed.**

Further information will come out when and if the mother allows it. I do know more than the average person only because I know the individuals...mother and daughter.

You're right, flyervet, in that I don't know Newdow personally. I know what Sandy has divulged and the media has shared. Very honestly though, you don't know Newdow save for the information from the media. There are issues that haven't been made public at this time..perhaps never will.

To clear a few things up: I am not a man hater. I am not a feminazi. I'm a homemaker who educates her child at home, a wife who respects and honors and loves her husband. In the future I'd very much appreciate you not referring to me as a man hater and feminazi. Thank you.

Beat that dead horse 'til he's ready for the baseball factory.

And in the future I'd very much appreciate it if you would stop distorting my comments. I don't know if you're a manhater, but I do know that your POV on this issue is very much in line with the anti-fatherhood agenda of the feminazis and the NOW types, who regard fathers as little more than wallets with legs. Is that your view of all fathers? Gosh, I certainly hope not. But it is your view of Michael Newdow, who in your twisted worldview is good enough to pay nearly double his income in child support but not to live in the same city as his daughter. How sad.

Talk about distorting facts!!! Seems as though you have quite a handle on that, flyervet!

I brought up that I know the woman and daughter because I feel it has bearing in discussing this case.

Again, quit with your attacks of calling me a feminazi and man hater. You know NOTHING.

Actually...they *don't* live in the same city. As far as paying child support in the 24k range...it's simply not true. He doesn't.

You're relentless. Get help now, seriously.

And please, have enough personal dignity to stop accusing me of calling you a feminazi and a man hater unless and until I actually call you that, okay?

**I have no idea why you insist on demonizing this man. Maybe you're so hateful of the idea of anyone being an atheist that you can't see the forest for the trees. Whatever. In this instance, you have clearly succumbed to an anti-fatherhood feminazi agenda, with enough vitriol and vigor to please a whole fifth column of the hairy-legged manhaters. Congratulations**

You're out of line. And you called me a feminazi once again.

Seriously, get help now. Do not pass go, do not collect $200, just get to your nearest MD and explain that you suffer under the delusion that you are your opinions and agendas, and let him or her pump you full of thorazine or whatever it takes to get the spittle off your chin and the fog from your mind. In other words, you're accusing me of becoming a feminazi. Hello? There are other posts of you accusing me of the same thing. Shall I look those up and post them as well?

It is you who needs to realize you are accusing unnecessarily.

Let's, in the future, refrain from posting to one another. Deal?
