The rehabilitation of Bill Clinton is a high priority for the media, regardless of the facts.

The only real preadator in posession of the Clinton administration was Slick Willie him self. He was rarely idle. It is very difficult to hand off a defense plan when your entire gang is occupied with theft of Airforce 1 equipment, White house furnishings and trashing the offices.
If Clinton had such a plan, why was it not acted upon?

Is this the plan that calls for Bill Clinton to motor over to Israel with is rifle and then duke it out with the Iraqis in the trenches?

Fortunately, this emission from the media rats coincides with Stainmaster B's declaration of his own bravery (from Canada). The silliness of the latter serves to taint the former.
Believe it or not, the public just might not trust the word of White House officials, or the media. They might FINALLY be catching on.

Time is full of shit, Bill Clinton is full of shit, Newweak is full of shit, the Slimes is full of shit, the WP is full of shit and there isn't one clown on the network news whose eyes don't runneth over with it.
Al Qaeda started killing Americans in 1993 at the WTC and it continued in Khobar Towers, Mogadishu, the Embassies in Africa, the USS Cole and an assorted passenger jet or two.
Clinton and his cronies are cowards, liars and derelict in their duty to protect the citizens of this nation. In all that time, the Clinton administration did not exact the price of ONE Al Qaeda head for all the death and destruction visited upon us by them.
You think maybe thats why they kept doing it?
AL Qaeda's cheech:"Hey this guy Clinton don't kill terrorists, he pardons them."
AL Qaeda's chong:"Yeah man cool, lets blow up the WTC again".

The Bush White House denied a report on Sunday that the Clinton administration gave it an aggressive plan to take on al Qaeda that languished for eight months because of the change in presidents. Not only did they deny it, but they fell on the floor laughing hysterically at the very idea of the clintbilly administration preparing such a plan.

The draft initiative became the victim of the transition between the presidencies of Bill Clinton and Bush, the magazine said, as the Bush White House instituted its own "policy review process" on the terrorist threat and the proposals outlined by Clarke were not reviewed by top officials until late April. Part of the problem was that the report given the Bush Administration had absolutely no 'W's in it. Causing severe confusion in reading it. Law became 'La', War became 'Wa' (Actually a common pronounciation by some Clinton political operatives), Know became Kno and Towers became 'Toers'.
Deciphering the document was further complicated by the fact that every 3rd page, read "Bush Lost" in giant letters, every 7th page was a pornographic picture, and every 16th page was a xerox of a woman's buttocks with a tattoo reading "Marx, Trotsky and Stalin 4 Me".
The report was not found until the 15th day of the new administration when desk drawers, glued shut during the transition were finally forced open. The desk was in an office that had its doorknobs removed.
The document was dated 10/95, the cover was blemished with many stains from being used as a drink coaster and had several cigarette burns on it.

I think Bush needs to quit making with the polite and diplomatic responses, take off the gloves, and really belt this one right in the teeth: "Look, people, this proposal came out of the CLINTON White House. That's impeached, confessed perjurer, William J. Clinton, in case you've forgotten. You're damn right we wanted to fact-check this proposal before we acted on it."

Next week they AOL-Time Magazine will report that Clinton also had secret plans to root out corporate corruption, solve our energy dependence, and prevent forest fires that were handed over to the Bush adminstration also.

The leftist media really is 100% shameless.
It wouldn't surprise me to learn that an avalanche of memos, directives, reports and other bureaucratic tedium got dumped on the incoming administration, and they needed time to sort through all of it - hence the policy review.
Apparently, by presenting the articles this way, Time/Reuters hope to have the public believe that Bush officials ignored some sort of urgent and explicit warning from the Clinton camp, along the lines of, "Oh by the way we absolutely, positively guarantee that within a year al-Qaeda will stage the biggest terrorist attack in US history, so you better do something."
Disgusting.

So, we are supposed to believe the Clintoon Administration thought Al Qaeda was dangerous enough to provide the new president with a full strategy for fighting it, but had this report done by a Career bureaucrat? And why has Sandy Berger made no mention of this report in all of his "don't-blame-me" whining since 9/11? Give me a break.
Sounds to me like the career bureaucrat is about to write a book about how brilliant he was and how nobody listened to him, and he got a gullible reporter to buy it.

Irritated by the report, which appeared to suggest the Bush administration may not have done all it could to prevent the attacks on New York and Washington that killed about 3,000 people and that the government blames on the al Qaeda network, the White House issued a carefully-worded denial. The liberal stealth editorializing just keeps on coming. They will do anything for the agenda -- the agenda uber alles.
How many Clinton administration statements were so reported, e.g. "carefully worded" (= implying motive). These weasels are quite clever. I read an article in the SF Chronical today where they practically accused VP Cheney of hiding from press questions about Haliburton. I don't think I ever saw a similar comment about the period of almost TWELVE MONTHS when Clinton refused to field press questions during the Monica scandal. It's just disgusting.

This reminds me of a movie clip that was making the rounds on the net a while back. I don't know how many folks saw this clip, so I am including links below. I
highly recommend showing this clip to any democ
rats that try to lie/claim/insinuate that Bush was asleep at the wheel while Clinton took terrorists seriously.
I performed several searches and only found two sites that still have this clip online. Since I have no way to view Quicktime files at the moment, I am not 100% these are the same clip that I remember, but I am over 95% sure.
WARNINGS:
A) This is a large file (16MB)
B) MAJOR BARF ALERT!!!
