Someone help me out here. I've never watched this show before. I'm trying to watch it now (gag) for the sake of seeing Ann score some zingers.

From the very little bit that I've watched, it seems that every time Begala speaks (which seems to be almost the entire time), the audience applauds whatever, ahem, point that he makes.

Is that how this show operates -- Begala not allowing anyone but himself to speak, and the live audience being stacked with 'rats?
