I always thought that one of the most dangerous aspects of clintonism was the total corruption of the justice department. The first act of that corrupt administration was to fire all the US attorneys. Replacing the director of the FBI was soon to follow, and we all know what a disaster El Reno was and her underling/overling Eric Holder. This corruption continued right on up to the last day of the 8 year nightmare, as there was justice department involvement in the whole pardon scandal.
When Bush got in, I thought that the first order of business was to purge all the clintonistas from the DOJ, no matter how many layers of bureaucracy they are buried under or within. I guess I still believe that. Sometimes I wonder if some of the reorg that is going on in Washington now (shifting depts from existing structure to the dept of homeland security) is meant to provide cover for purging of clintonistas.
I am not going to say that clintonism didn't affect other parts of the government, i.e. judiciary, Dept. of State, DOD, etc. etc. , but my personal bias has always been to kill all the snakes in the DOJ.

1. Flat tax
2. No payroll withholding.
3. See elsewhere about tax day and election day being the same day. Preferably, make the polling booth and the tax collection location the same place. No money, no vote.
4. Eliminate any law that discriminates based on race, gender or other artificial segregation.
5. Allow businesses that generate less than $5 million in revenue to operate tax free for up to 5 years to get established.
6. End the WOD. Biggest boondoggle since Social(ist) Security.
7. No tax money for anything other than a.)defense and b.)that's it. That's all congress was mandated to raise money for.
8. Enforce personal responsibility. If you do the crime, you do the time. This means you Bubba.

Not wanting to abuse unlimited powers, I'd simply repeal the 17th amendment and let the government work the way it was supposed to.
I believe that the root of all the problems is the Senate. The Senate has been corrupted. Some may argue that the House has, too, but the House is up for re-election every two years and their constituents are small enough in size and there are enough of them to dilute the power that Representatives could achieve.
The Senate, however, has six year terms, and are elected by entire states. The Senate was supposed to be the States' chamber in the federal legislature, which is why they were originally appointed by state legislatures. When the 17th amendment made Senators popularly elected instead of appointed, that broke the tie between states and the federal government. Senators are now no more than Super-Representatives. Once elected, Senators abandon their ties to the states and act like national politicians, often taking the bulk of their funding from organizations outside their own states.
If Senators were appointed by their home state legislatures, don't you think they'd be more apt to appease their state legislatures in order to be sent back by them in six years? Do you think the NY state legislature would have sent Hillary! to the Senate simply because she waltzed into the state and demanded the seat?
If you don't like your appointed Senator, then you (the People -- the forgotten entity in the Constitution) can force your state legislature to appoint someone else under threat of you not voting for them next time.
That's the way it was supposed to work: The People --> The States --> The Federal Government. The people vote for state officials, the state officials appoint federal Senators, the people vote for federal representatives, the federal representatives and federal senators legislate. The 17th amendment took the states out of the equation and essentially made Senators rogue politicians accountable to no one.

Eliminate all federal agencies whose priority is NOT national security.
Return to states their full governing power.
Statewide ballot initives do not require federal approval.
Eliminate dual citizenship.
Remove the dedication plaque at WPB VA Hospital with bubba's name engarved on it.
And while we're at it, Cure Alzheimers.

Withdraw from the UN. Between 5 and 15% flat tax.* Tax hikes require a 2/3 majority and must be renewed every two years. States that don't have a [insert reasonable percentage] of firearms holders are penalized through the withholding of federal funding. Much of the police force rendered unneccessary by the previous action would be converted into truancy officers/tutors who would check up on homeschoolers. There would be no stated funded education. Homeschoolers who passed annual exams would be compeletely immune. (Because otherwise a lot of kids would be playing videogames all day every day).
Abortion officially classified as murder. Most state social programs cancelled--replaced with Salvation Army, etc. Stiffer penalties for violating the law. Rapists/pedofiles automatically imprisoned for life with eligibility of parole only if they agree to have their "organ's of offense" removed.
*I also like the idea of supporting the government entirely based on charity.

1. Immediately cease and desist all Federal government operations which conflict with the powers granted to it under the Constitution. (IRS, ATF, DEA, NEA, etc.) This also includes any and all treaties or ties with the UN, as well as the return of lands stolen by the Federal government to their respective states.
2. Begin immediate prosecution for treason of the Clinton Crime Family as well as their closest advisers.
3. Deport all illegal immigrants - immediately.
4. Place the world on notice not to mess with us while we're cleaning house, or we'll be forced to reduce our nuclear stockpile within their borders.
5. For those who would begin whining and protesting these actions, camp time. (This includes members of the House and Senate.) Announce complete elections for all levels of government nationwide within one year, to take place simultaneously. No incumbents allowed to participate.

1. Suspend the franchise from anyone who receives unearned funds from the Government as an entitlement.
2. An immediate moratorium on immigration, except for people with one-of-a-kind technological abilities; followed by a thorough and objective study of the influence of ethnicity on culture, and the relationship of traditional American culture to certain ethnic traditions. (We have to stop this generalized "winging it," that has characterized our policy since 1965.)
3. Restore the Chivalric ideal to the U.S. Military. That means no more women--however qualified--in potential combat situations.
4. Limit the jurisdiction of the Federal Courts to those cases provided for in the Constitution, and those where there is a legitimate Federal reason for involvement--as in diversity of citizenship cases, and cases involving interaction between the citizen and a Federal Department.
5. Overhaul the tax system to eliminate all redistribution of wealth aspects; and all the sops to special interests that force the incredibly complex forms now required. As soon as the kinks can be worked out, go to a Flat Tax.
6. Take every public opportunity to celebrate the heritage of the Founding Fathers, and teach the public of all ages about the incredible growth won without Governmental tampering, by the citizenry from 1789, when Washington took the oath of office, until the middle of the 19th Century. (It really was phenomenal!)
7. Require all State Department employees to demonstrate an understanding of the Washington/Jefferson foreign policy, and a willingness to apply the underlying concepts (which were never isolationist) to the present World situation. (Of course, those who want to build a World Government, need find other jobs.)
8. Repeal all special interest laws, wherein the Government seeks to win the support of any group by intruding on the traditional liberties of the general public.
9. Adopt the Swiss system, as to private arms and personal responsibility, even as George Washington advocated from 1783 on.
Well, that would get us started.

End tax withholding instantly. It is the root of all evil. Make the public realize just how much they are really paying.
A flat tax and abolition of income taxation would quickly follow.

1. I would take all Clinton judicial appointees and demote them to meter-maid status.
2. I would abolish the National Education Association, and ship all of its America-hating board, and membership, to the most despotic third-world country in existence. Let them preach diversity and homosexuality over there.
3. I would abolish the National Endowment for the Arts, and make it a law that any commissions received from works of obscene and/or anti-Christian art, must be donated to the Boy Scouts of America.
4. Given that the Clinton years were "the most ethical administration in history", I would release all documents that ever passed through the hands of the evil couple.
5. I would make it mandatory that Clinton enablers, such as Carville, Begala, Press, etc., put 75% of their incomes in a trust fund, to be managed by the Clintons.
6. I would have DU.com undergo mandatory drug and/or mental competency testing.
7. I would pass a retroactive tax on Clinton-supporters: 95% tax on Hollywood and other limousine liberals; 90% on their supporters among the great unwashed.
8. I would make it mandatory that all Democrat congresswomen go a beauty salon before leaving for work.
9. I would make it mandatory that Barney Frank stay out of those beauty salons.
10. I would make it mandatory that any celebrity, wishing to speak out for a pet cause, present proof of authority on the subject, before speaking.
That is all I have so far. I will think of some more.
